Great friendly staff with a very nice lobby where you can enjoy free fruits, coffee and tea and fresh lemonade. The aesthetics of the entire hotel were great. We really appreciated the eco friendly tips and options to skip room cleaning. Also amazing that we could use the luggage room after checkout so we didn’t have to haul our bags around for the entire day before leaving in the evening! Only negative aspect was that some parts of the room were a bit dusty and I noticed some hairs in the bathroom. Also the bed creaked a lot on one side. But besides that, everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Townhouse Hotel Maastricht! A cute, cozy but luxury vibe next to the station of Maastricht and on a 5/10 min. walk from the city centre in a lovely neighborhood. We loved the lobby and the restaurant/bar where also the breakfast is served (which is absolutely worth it). The staff is very friendly and always available. The room we stayed in could use a little update (the television was glitching and is not a Smart TV which is think is a must in this time, and for a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are a bit dated) but, having said that, the rooms are spacious, clean, warm and cozy and have a modern/design vibe. Next to that we want to thank the hotel and reservation department for the solution they came up with for a mistake with the booking (the booking was cancelled while we didn't cancel the room and there was a problem with the refund). They offered us a free breakfast, which like I said before is definitely something to consider when booking this hotel. Fresh bread, healthy food but also some lovely pastries and sweet treats, options for everybody and constantly refilled. There is free coffee, tea, soup and some baked goods. The money was refunded to us with some difficulties because of an unusual situation but the contact was very pleasant even though it took some time. Mistakes are human and they solved it perfectly. Would definitely rebook when going back to the lovely city of Maastricht which is worth the visit in itself. Thank you!

If I am honest, the room itself was not comfy... it looked more like a hostal... no idea why this place is a 4 star... the facilities look super outdated!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the location was excellent, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and soup available throughout the day. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Townhouse Hotel Maastricht ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Out a little stressed out day, so after being on the train I Stopped in for a coffee and had a really nice experience. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Great coffee, relaxed atmosphere, and super convenient location close to the train station. Seems like a really nice hotel overall—definitely a good spot to take a break. This staff looks like a nice United team with beautiful family energy. Definitely will recommend this hotel to Friends coming to visit

Would happily return to this hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Then breakfast was very good, if a wee bit slow to be topped up at times. Very quirky hotel which we loved. Really well placed too for both the station and the city centre

I left my passport in the safe as I did not need it and travelled back on my EID. Three days later I was travelling to USA and they were wonderful in helping me get it back as otherwise I would have lost my flight. So very kind and helpful

Beautiful hotel, clean and modern. Spacious room, super quiet area despite being next to the train station and very convenient if you travel by train. Breakfast was very complete and, additionally, they have free soup, fruits, teas and coffees all day for all guests. Which shows how welcoming they are.
