Trip.com· 4 months agoVery warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Tripadvisor· 7 months agoThis place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. - The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. - The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. - The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. - From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget.

Google· 3 months agoThe St. Regis Macao gave me the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. As it was my first time visiting Macau, the team even thoughtfully arranged transportation for us, making everything so seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Douglas, who made sure our stay was truly spectacular. He was so kind, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to meet. Joseph and Carmen (our butlers) were also exceptional. They were always attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was beautiful, the cocktails at the St. Regis Bar were amazing (and the staff (Alvin, Elfie, Maya, and I think his name was Christian) even taught me how to make a martini!), and dinner at The Manor was outstanding. The staff surprised us with delicious desserts. Both of these places even took and printed photos of my aunt and I as keepsakes, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was the little details and genuine hospitality that made this the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Thank you to everyone at The St. Regis Macao for making my first visit to Macau so unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

Google· 3 months agoIt genuinely has to be the best hotel stay I have had worldwide. The premium butler service was just amazing. Dominic was so kind and helpful. They even unpack and pack your bags and are always ready to serve you coffee and tea in the room. We had a 4 year old and this is literally the first hotel that actually got her a mini room slipper. They gave her three teddy bears and for my birthday they gave us a cake and Baloons too. The premium champagne service was an extra added touch. I would suggest everyone to stay here instead of the Venetian

Google· 4 months agoI rarely give review about hotel but I am so impressed with St Regis hotel in Macau I have to give them good review. The room is decorated so nicely so clean and with great view. The service is excellent. We have the butler service and every staff who comes into my room is very warm and always smiling especially Lina. She is the best. I have to mention the only one thing I don’t like is there was a few hours during the day they have construction upstairs that made too much noise but I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Google· 2 months agoI am really impressed by St Regis Hotel staffs for their professionalism and their outstanding services. This by far is the best hotel experience my family and I had. Starting from the moment we checked in (special thanks to Ryan) , the service staffs in The Manor, the impressive room (2805) with breathtaking view and so much more.... Unlike other hotels, St Regis Hotel Macao services are more personalised. Their services exceed our expectations. The room is spacious and clean. It comes with a bowl of fresh fruits and tarts. A personalised hand-written welcome note addressed to my husband. Because we arrived late at night, the Butler team left another hand-written note at our door step noting our late arrival, expressing their readiness to serve at any time. These gestures are very much appreciated. Breakfast in The Manor is good. The chef even came out with food sampling delights. Thanks also to Kaye, Betty, Jonathan and Asmita. Location of the hotel is perfect with close proximity to many other hotel resorts and shops. Thank you to St Regis Hotel team for making our stay special and unforgettable.

Google· 4 months agoI would give this hotel 20 stars if I could! Seriously, the people in this place are amazing! From beginning to end, everyone who tended to us during our stay treated us with such kindness and careful consideration. It was unlike anything I've ever experienced before at other hotels. Rocky, Paul, Kaye, Meredith, Thibault, Ron, Luke, Cindy, Mandy, Lavender, Janice, Christi, Alam, and many others made our stay at this hotel comfortable and enjoyable through not only their exceptional services but also through their genuine warm energy! To top it off, the general manager Mr. Douglas personally greeted us and accommodated us beyond our expectations! This hotel is unmatched because it's clear they simply respect and care about people. You should definitely stay here!

Google· 4 months agoUpon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the concierge and bell boys who took our luggage immediately. Front desk staff Benjamin was polite and excellent - he gave us swift check in service with a high floor and nice room view facing the Cotai strip. We were given a hotel and room tour by butler Thibo and Jeff who showed our facilities and ensured that all baby amenities such as baby cot, baby bathtub, warmer, steriliser and toiletries was all ready even before we check in! Butler team Elton was great as well! He thoughtfully prepared our birthday cake, balloons, baby toys and socks when we have well settled in and explained about their 24h butler service with free flow coffee/tea throughout the day. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of food! They even served another birthday cake for us 😄 Housekeeping Jenny was good! She thoughtfully arranged our stuff neatly in order, gave us cable ties, more toys and every service by the St regis staff was thoughtful and personalised! Very deserving of its 5* and we were really happy to stay here 😘😘
