Wow... what a place, bit of a hike from the bus station to what looked like big apartments. Once inside we were treated to a very cool large room and bathroom set up. The bedroom had a little couch and coffee table.|3 rooms off a shared private hallway with a fully equipped kitchenette at one end. Large fridge and bench area.| Coffee machine and fresh crossoints (every day) to accompany cereals, biscuits and yogurt were awesome 👌. Our host, Nicola was so nice and really knowledgeable about the town and tourist spots. He took us up to the roof and pointed out the sites and showed us on a map. What a view - make sure you get him to treat you to this.|Thank you Nicola, for being the greatest host.

We stayed for two nights at this B&B to visit the beautiful town of Matera. We had a great time! The rooms were really clean and have their own bathroom. Parking is free and really easy in the neighbourhood. The city center is really close. The host Bruna was the most friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and showed us the great places to see on a map of Matera. Would highly recommandeer staying here!! Had the pleasure of staying at Donna Gina, driving up to the place looked a bit dodgy but once you went inside it was complete luxury. Our host Bruna was so beautiful and helpful, made you feel like family. All rooms have a private bathroom, it’s a shared kitchen filled with everything you need for your stay, beds and pillows were great and just a 5 min walk down to main square. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean, quite, reasonably priced place to stay in Matera, Italy. Easy walking distance to train station, sites and restaurants. Pleasant host. You get a bedroom, with access to a small kitchen where you and other guests have separate tables for breakfast.

We liked everything about Donna Gina. The check-in process was easy, there was parking at the location for our rental car, and the historic area was an easy walk. Our room was very nice; clean, quiet, breakfast was wonderfull; but most of all we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and engaging with Stephania every morning.
