It’s 2 min walk to Matera central area. We can walk to Belvedere Guerricchio in the morning and take photos with no crowd at all. The place is so quiet to sleep at night. Close to good cafe to have breakfast in the morning. The receptionist also allow us to check in early. The paid parking is very close by.

I spent 3 lovely nights here. What a gorgeous room I had. So very pretty. Cleanliness was outstanding. Facilities very good, although when you remove the electronic card from the side of the door, all the electricity stops. This makes it a little awkward to charge batteries. That said, there's a USB charge point right by the bed, which makes charging overnight very easy. The hostess was totally charming and very helpful. Full of great eating suggestions and helped us book an excellent bus tour which took us round town and ended up, along with the sunset, looking over Matera from a view point across the gorge.

Well appointed rooms in a great location to visit Matera, just a few minutes walk away from the entrance to the Sassi area. Location is also very convenient for shops and restaurants. |We had a very comfortable room with a large bed. Staff was very friendly and provided details for things to do and restaurants to try during our trip. |Overall a good experience and would recommend.

What a great place to stay for a day or more😍 a very nice room. A very nice room with excellent beds and pillows!! The location is in the middle of Matera so you can walk to all the great places! We wish we could sleep there for more days… Parking is maybe 80 meters and for euro 20,- a day a perfect place to park. When parking you need to leave the key at the parking. We would love to come back to this amazing place Euvodia Luxury Rooms.😍|Greetings Mike&Leonie

Cannot recommend highly enough. Location is perfect, right on the edge of the Sassi, with many restaurants, supermarket and fresh food market on your doorstep. Rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable; only negative thing I can say is that it was slightly on the small side. Host was lovely, made us coffee and gave us snacks upon arrive and took the time to explain everything about the accommodation and the area/ sights in great detail. Must stay if visiting Matera!

The location is excellent with an underground garage 100m away. Direct access to the old town areas. Rooms are amazing with high stone vaulted ceilings, and superb shower rooms. Very comfortable bed.

We got married recently and booked our honeymoon in Puglia, Italy. Our first stop was Matera and we stayed at Euvodia Luxury Rooms. All I can say that it was a very pleasant stay. Few days before check in they sent us a WhatsApp message explaining how to get there and the parking situation. When we got there we were greeted with Champaign as a celebration for the marriage! The hosts, Maria Teresa and Barbara were amazing, kind and generous. Barbara called up about 5 tuktuk companies to take us around Matera even though it was last minute. She was very knowledgeable about Matera’s history and told us about where to go and what to see. The room itself was very very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. It has some old elements mixed with new making it the perfect combination for a romantic stay in Matera. Honestly I highly recommend staying there because the hosts are amazing, the location is perfect and the rooms are fabulous.
