We stayed in a suite. The room is extremely spacious. We had a little baby with us and it was a great help. Extra basin and makeup area outside bathroom was fantastic and really useful. Beds are comfortable and control on lightings is good. Wifi is smooth and I had no problem. Study desk and decent chairs, couches and all... Not new at all but well maintained. Toilet in the bathroom but it wasn't a great deal for us. Great range of quality amenity sachets are available at front desk on 2F. Ah, and the room has a nice high view of the city and Japanee alps behind. You get parking in the next building from 3pm to 12 noon the next day at JPY1200. Location is very convenient with many eateries around.

This is a very convenient hotel across from the Matsumoto station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One can walk to all attractions with ease from this hotel. The amenities were good. The room was clean and even though it was small still very comfortable. Quiet stay. The included breakfast was quite good and well organised. Near many restaurants and cafes. Next door to the bus station. So handy

Clean and very good location : 5 minutes walk to Matsumoto Station and next to Alpico Plaza where you can shop for souvenirs/ get food at the supermarket).The reception is on the 2nd front, very adorable and can speak communicable English. In front of the reception, you can also find the amenities bar where you can help yourself (a little bit shame there is no cotton pad :( or there was out of them during my stay) The check-in and check-out are processed via machine like many other hotels, it only requires filling your name and scanningyour passport. The accommodation tax is also paid via the machine and cards are accepted. Me and my friends stayed here for two nights, an overall pleasant stay ☺️

Standard business hotel. It’s clean and simple. However, it looks and smells old. The hallway has a musty smell and the hotel bathroom smells of wet clothes that didn’t dry well. Front desk service is excellent as they went as far as calling my next hotel to help arrange for luggage delivery (usually front desk just accepts without questions). In addition, they speak decent English. The hotel also provides free shuttle to an offsite onsen although I didn’t have a chance to make use of it.

Notes: Location is great, next to train station. Castle & Museum are all within walking distance. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room, 38 Sq m, a very big room in Japanese standard. However, the room feels like rarely used with a mildewy smell. Cleanliness is mediocre.

The hotel is really convenient. Close to train station, bus station and Alpico plaza. And there were so many amenities like facial wash, toner, cream and etc. But as a solo traveler I want a quiet place to rest but hotel room wall is so thin that I can hear the noise outside! And the pillow is weird, It’s not comfortable to sleep. Overall it’s a good place to stay

the nearest hotel to matsumoto station, located near the alpico bus terminal. they has the supermarket located nerby in underground floor, so you can buy local and souvenir here. the room was spacious, clean and has the mirror. the light is good for makeup. the air condition was great.

Very strategic location, can get to Station in less than 10minutes. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Lin. He was attentive enough to explain about Luggage delivery service when asked. Will highly recommend this place for anyone who's coming to Matsumoto.
