I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my girlfriend because it was very close to the station and very affordable for a 4-star hotel. ​The location is awesome: just a 5-minute walk from the station, with plenty of izakayas and restaurants nearby, and only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the castle. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful in both Japanese and English. The breakfast was also of a high standard, offering a good selection of local food, classic Japanese dishes, and Western/Continental options. ​The only downside was the cleanliness of the room: it was very dirty. We found at least four long black hairs in the bathroom and there was a thick layer of dust on top of the TV and the paintings. The management should really pay more attention to housekeeping, as this could easily ruin the reputation of an otherwise great location.

We stayed for two nights and one night, and overall, it was a good trip. The rooms were clean, and the service was great. Plus, the location is close to the station and bus terminal. They also offer free ramen or ice cream every day between 8-10pm.

The hotel was excellent and conveniently located near the JR train station. The staff provided outstanding service and were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated that the air conditioner could be adjusted between cooling mode and heating mode, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, right across from the station and a very short walk to the castle and frog street. The staff were super kind and helpful throughout and communicated very clearly. icecream in the night was also a nice perk! Rooms are nice. I’m super grateful for the front desk attendant who helped me with the luggage transfer forms and made the process easy. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Matsumoto.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.The only downside was the check-in experience. The staff seemed quite busy at the time, and the explanation of the hotel facilities and procedures was given rather quickly, which made it a little difficult to follow. Other than that, everything was satisfactory, and I enjoyed my stay.

Great location within walking distance of Matsumoto Station and many attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout process was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Matsumoto.

Great design room with comfort seating zone which made our 5 days stay very convenient and enjoyable. Great location and just 5 minutes walk from train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Plenty of amenities to pick up at the reception zone. Oh, we also love all day compliments tea/ coffee at the reception.

We had a good one night stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruit and vegetables. The beds were comfortable. It was also a short walk to the castle and to plenty of restaurants and also not far from the train station. We would stay here again.
