Google· 3 months agoI stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. The room was spacious, the complimentary 24/7 cafeteria was excellent, and the morning breakfasts- along with the view - were outstanding. The staff were attentive and thoughtful; Alexa even surprised me with a small birthday cake. Little touches like that make this hotel feel special. The complimentary walking tour was fantastic, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby museums and historic landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again. Only complaint(s) were about the wifi consistency and sometimes the traffic/police can the entrance unreachable to taxis.

Luis, who served the breakfast area, was notably cordial; he regularly confirmed my needs and checked that I had everything necessary. This attentive manner fostered a real sense of welcome and care, showing strong customer service. It was a genuinely great experience while I enjoyed breakfast during my stay. Checking in proceeded smoothly. Although I arrived earlier than planned, Josue and Diego did all they could to assist me. They were not required to do so, so I appreciated how they managed the situation. It was entirely my responsibility, yet they still provided every available service. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel. It offers a clean, friendly environment, and the food is delicious.

Priceline· 11 months agoLocation & the staff. Their concierge and one particular employee was exceptionally helpful went over and beyond to accommodate us in making flight reservations. She was patient, friendly and very helpful and always with a positive attitude.

Google· 4 months agoThis hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in the world! I chose this hotel because of its unmatched location right by the cathedral and breakfast terrace, but I was unprepared for the outstanding hospitality and the incredible perks like free cafe that includes even hot food and beer. The room has everything too including water filter, but the breakfast roster was as stunning as the cathedral view. However the real gem is truly the staff especially Fernanda, Ivan, and Raul who are friendly yet professional in ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again when I return and will recommend you and my friends to choose this hotel

Tripadvisor· a month agoWhat a wonderful experience at Zócalo Central! The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were proactive, friendly, and incredibly attentive—especially Manuel! His professionalism, helpfulness, and upbeat personality truly made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and having a café available 24 hours a day was an amazing bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Tripadvisor· 3 weeks agoMy family and I stayed from the 21st to the 25th. This was our first time staying at the Zócalo, and we were really impressed. There was a great breakfast selection, and the morning staff, including Raul and Luis, were wonderful. Our room was superbly maintained by Adrian throughout our stay. We also had a great experience with the front desk staff, including Chris, Josh, Kari, and everyone else on the property. The location in Centro Histórico is excellent. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon.

Google· a month agoI had a wonderful stay in Mexico City which I visited for the first time and part of the reason was the stay at Zocalo Central. The hotel is very centrally located next to the Cathedral and the big square. It was very close to my business venue at UNM Medical palace. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and helpful both from the front desk (Fernanda) and cafeteria (Alex, Joselina and Daniela). The breakfast is a luxurious menu served with a great view of the city. The room was quite comfortable and cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel highly and would like to come back.

Google· 2 months agoWe had a great experience at Zocalo Central Hotel in CDMX. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The 24/7 cafe is a great service that I've never seen in other hotels. The breakfast was amazing! The concierge staff was extremely helpful and friendly, specially Daniel, Antonio and Josue, they all helped carry our luggage to the taxis and make sure we were always taken cared of. The only thing to consider is that it is right in the middle of the Zocalo, therefore traffic in and out of the area can be impacted but we walked to the Metro or Bellas Artes to grab Ubers.
