We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and we had a city view. We were able to replenish tea/coffee etc from reception area. The lifts were very efficient even though the hotel was full. It was a few minutes walk from two subway stations which took us to anywhere we wanted to go and there was a convenience store at the back of the hotel. It is very central to lots of department stores and restaurants (I don't think we saw half of them!). We would definitely recommended this hotel.

Very wonderful experience at hotel Vischio. Location was fantastic, surrounded by very good shopping malls and also in very close proximity to both the metro and JR station. This made commuting and transferring cities very convenient. Hotel itself is very modern luxe feeling. The room is quite spacious and clean. If you're here earlier than 3pm check in timing, you can leave your luggages with the hotel and go out to explore.

Stayed here recently and had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a full day out. The location is a big plus—it’s very close to the Osaka railway station, so getting around was simple and stress-free. It’s also an easy walk to the Grand Front mall, which was convenient for grabbing food, essentials, and doing a bit of shopping. Overall, great value and a convenient place to stay. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Osaka.

The hotel is right in the center of the major train hub - Osaka station. And there are some favourite shops like Uniqlo and Muji nearby. Muji at Grand front Osaka is quite large, 3 floors and some items are more variety than other branches. Do check it out. And best part there are 5 coin laudromat services, very convenient for travelers. The check out time is 11am.

Hotel Vischio Osaka is located in the heart of the Umeda district. It is quite a peculiar hotel experience. The check-in process and the very basic rooms feel more in line with a budget hotel. On the other hand, the breakfast is outstanding, offering a huge variety of food choices. Overall, the experience feels somewhat unbalanced ….

Rooms are good, they have a nice bathroom but abit small bedroom. Service is great! The staff are so nice and friendly. Location is great, it is near to stations so you can go anywhere in time! They also have a laundry room, vending machines, and smoking rooms in the hotel! Overall, great hotel!

Good: Very great location. In the heart of Umeda but still very quiet. Staff members were very friendly and professional. The superior twin room was spacious. Bad: The carpet was sooooo dirty with multiple stains. Never seen such dirty carpet at any hotel this price range. Price is also high with minimum amenities. Basically paying for the location.

Clean rooms and amenities were provided at the lobby so just grab whatever you need. The staff was attentive and most of them could communicate in English. The breakfast was pretty good as well but ends early at 9:45
