The room was a bit squishy if you have 2 big luggages and 2 roller hand carries. There is a neck and back massager which is good for an end-of-day self treatment. The room was clean and the best is it's convenient location. There are lots of good places to eat and the train terminal is right there. The hotel staff were friendly even the housekeepers were very polite. We get fresh towels and water bottle supply everyday as we requested.

The room felt a little tight once I had two large suitcases and a couple of carry-ons open, but that was the main drawback. I did appreciate the clean room and the handy neck and back massager, which was a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. For me, the biggest plus at Remm Shin-Osaka was how convenient the location is.

This was my fourth time staying at a Remm hotel, but my first time at the Shin-Osaka location. I knew from my experience of staying at the one in Akihabara that these hotels are pretty well hidden away into the buildings they inhabit, and since I was pretty tired after a plane ride, I had a taxi take my friends and I directly over to where the hotel was (rather than making train transfers). Just as expected, there was a small door that led to some elevators at the drop off zone (it was well labeled, but I was glad to be taken right to it instead of searching). Up at around the 7th floor was the front desk, and through a combination of talking with the staff there and using some fancy touchscreen kiosks, we all checked in. I was managing the translation at first, but since we had a group of four split across two rooms, my attention was split and I was having trouble interpreting for my friends while checking in myself. Thankfully, another staff member appeared at some point and helped to finish the check in process in English for my friends. The staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Great stay at remm Osaka! The location is very convenient, especially for getting around the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the massage chair was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiny rooms but great location for a night in Osaka! Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in restaurant below. Good toiletries. Can't complain! This is a place to sleep not lounge around. Can't beat the location if it's a quick trip and need trains.

Very excellent hotel with top tier service. Conveniently located at Shin-Osaka station as well. We used a shipping service for one piece of our luggage and although we forgot to bring our luggage ticket with us the staff at the desk diligently worked with the shipping company to ensure that it would be picked up properly. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are tiny, but they are cheap, quiet, have AC, great shower and located inside the station. Laundry is expensive if you need to wash many pieces, but there are multiple coin laundries available around. I needed it to be central point for day trips and it did it's job 5/5

This hotel was conveniently placed , above Shin Osaka station. It was quiet and clean. The shower was beautiful and it was a shower /toilet with a view. The room was extremely small, it was cluttered with a massage chair and table which we took out to give us more room. Cleaning service was 100% a choice of full clean, eco clean or no clean which I found good. The desk service was non existent. We asked for help in making a phone call and were told “ no, it’s not company policy” . Eventually we went to the tourist information centre in the station and they were extremely helpful and amazed that the hotel would not help.
