Here’s a polished version that keeps your review balanced and natural: We really liked the hotel’s location. It is very central, yet surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus for us. The staff are also very kind, friendly, and helpful. The main downside is the size of the rooms and the fact that the windows are not transparent. I understand that this is intended to protect guests’ privacy, but I wasn’t aware of it when I made the booking, so it was a bit of a surprise. The breakfast is decent, but I probably wouldn’t book it again. After two days, the options felt quite limited, especially for a longer stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly because of the excellent location, peaceful atmosphere, and wonderful staff.

If you are looking for a well maintained, clean, comfy and convenient spot while visiting Osaka then this hotel is a gem. It is located right between two subways stations. Both about 3-5 mins walk and then you are tapped into the well connected subway networks. It is very close to the walking shopping street and the Dotonbori canal area but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are tons of interesting food options in the neighbourhood. Staff were really attentive snd helpful. Really appreciate the care and support they provided. House-keeping was super efficient. I left the room at midday and came back around 1.30pm and the room was made up already. The breakfast was great too with good selection of Japanese and western dishes. Shimase-san was super lovely okand full of happy and positive energy. She made everyday a very happy day. She is totally a gem ❤️ All in all I’ll be staying here again when I come back to Osaka.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and felt it offered excellent value for money. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience.One of the biggest highlights is the location—it’s absolutely fantastic. The hotel is conveniently accessible via the subway, just a short walk from the south exit 4, which made getting around incredibly easy. There are also plenty of local bars, restaurants, and a market nearby, so you’re never short of options for food or a night out.The room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the flexible cleaning service. You can request daily cleaning if you want, or it’s automatically done every three days, which strikes a nice balance between convenience and privacy. The hot water was consistent and reliable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring.Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, making the whole experience feel seamless from start to finish. On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help when needed.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable place to stay.

I’m beyond confused why this place has high ratings. Stayed at five different hotels in Japan within the same price range and this has been without a doubt the worst one. |- Everything - the hotel and rooms- are basic and outdated|- The bathroom is bad - the shower handle w, the curtain not wide enough so water will spill, the shampoo/soap are the cheap, watery kind of neon color|- The hair dyer is old and the handle won’t stay locked, kept collapsing|- breakfast is horrible. The quality of food is the worst we have seen. If you are GF or have any other dietary restrictions, don’t bother buying it. You will be stuck with some steamed mushrooms and a piece of fish. No allergy friendly options-not even soy milk. |- We used the laundry facilities. Came downstairs as the 30 min dryer cycle ended and the staff was taking our clothes out. Everything was still wet and we needed another 30 minutes. No luck. Had to hang our clothes around the room and take it back at 6am when we woke up.|- No water in the room. The positive was the nice staff but that’s literally the one thing I can think of. Plenty of hotels in Osaka, stay somewhere else.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is only a 3–4 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and the shopping area, making it very convenient. It’s close to everything but located on a quiet street, so it’s peaceful at night. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s also only about 2–3 km from Osaka Castle. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

The hotel service is good, and the location is quite convenient. It’s a bit far from the train station, but close to the pedestrian street and alleys filled with izakaya restaurants. I personally booked a larger room, but didn’t like it—the layout wasn’t well designed, so the available space couldn’t be used effectively, especially for placing luggage or moving around. I recommend checking the room layout carefully before booking to avoid this issue.

I cannot recommend this place at all. I had requested a room with a good view beforehand, as the scenery was important to me, and the reply email stated they would accommodate the request as much as possible. I was shocked when I checked in and inquired at the front desk; the room had frosted glass, making it impossible to see any view whatsoever. All rooms are the same. Had I known this in advance, I would not have stayed there. It was the worst experience and stay in Osaka.

Location closest to shinsaibashi, dotonbori. Easiest location to get around, near to stations too. Amenities is good and room is big enough. Receptionist is friendly and helpful, let us put our luggage after check out for lunch before we heading to airport. Another good selection in my list for future stay.
