Excellent choice! Our room was neat & tidy - not too big but as shown on photos & rather spacious for Paris! A big highlight was the receptionist! Apart from buying water we were provided with snacks & even a shaving kit for free! They even provide irons!

I once read a review saying that someone hated Paris because of this hotel, and honestly, I couldn’t agree more. I wasn’t expecting luxury from a 3-star tourist hotel, but this experience was far below even basic comfort standards. The reception staff were actually kind and always tried to help, so this is not really about them. It feels more like a problem with the hotel itself and its overall standards. To be fair to them, they did try to compensate us by offering two vouchers and refilling the minibar daily with water and juice, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, those gestures still could not make up for the overall experience. We stayed during a heat wave, and the hotel was completely unprepared. The air conditioning was not working, not only in our room, but seemingly throughout the hotel, including the reception area. My wife has asthma, and the situation became genuinely uncomfortable and unhealthy for her. I have stayed in several 3-star hotels in Paris before, so I already know rooms here are generally smaller than in many other countries. That is fine. But calling this room a “comfort room” is honestly misleading. It should be called a “non-comfort room.” The room was extremely small, and the dark carpeting and curtains created a dull, claustrophobic atmosphere. Yes, the room was clean, but cleanliness alone is not enough when you cannot breathe or sleep properly. Because there was no AC, we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant dealing with constant street noise throughout the night. After changing rooms three times hoping the issue would improve, nothing changed. In the end, we spent most of the day outside just to avoid staying in the room. We would come back very late at night and leave again early in the morning. That is definitely not the hotel experience anyone hopes for while visiting Paris. Honestly, I regret spending a single penny at this hotel. What should have been a memorable and enjoyable trip to Paris turned into an exhausting and frustrating experience because of our stay here. Sadly, this hotel genuinely ruined a large part of our trip, especially from a health perspective as my wife was suffering throughout the stay. I would never come back again, whether during a heat wave or even during normal weather conditions.

My husband and I stayed here together. The hotel staff were especially kind, polite, and welcoming.The hotel was clean, and its location was excellent. As soon as you exit the metro station, the hotel is right in front of you. The only downside was the occasional noise from the city and passing trains, but once the window was closed, very little sound came through, and the soundproofing was well designed. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a good stay at this B&B. You can generally expect a solid experience since it is part of a hotel chain. The only thing I really could not stand was that we had no dressers. I usually had to use my luggage as a surface to put things on. But that created a conflict: since 3-star hotels typically don’t have proper wardrobes, I had to lay out all my clothes on the table for the next day, leaving no space for anything else. There are some small integrated metal shelves, but they are at most around 35 cm by 15 cm. I understand that cutting costs is in the interest of every company, but this clearly hasn’t been thought through from a design perspective. The other thing that bothered me was that they displayed their nightly prices very transparently right in front of the hotel. During my five-night stay, prices ranged from €100 to €170 per night. I don’t know, but that just didn’t sit right with me. The service, on the other hand, was great. The receptionists gave honest recommendations without pushing hotel services on me. They also handled luggage storage very securely, checking everything against the codes I was given. No one could have taken anything, which is often a concern in other places. Overall, the location was great, and I would choose the same area again for my next stay.

I stayed for a busniess trip for 5 days in the hotel. On my last day was watching a world cup match downstairs. Mohammed who works at the resturant was very helpful and friendly to contact. The room was clean and during my visit the airco was also important to have in the room

The hotel is very close to the metro station (line 14 & 13), the neighbourhood is quiet and felt super safe. The room was spacious enough and clean, everything looked exactly as in the pictures. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. There is a really good bakery in the area. Definitely recommend it and coming back.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the location. The room itself was barely passable, small, suffocatingly stuffy due to a total lack of AC, and reeked of a foul, ancient carpet. But the room's poor state is nothing compared to the outright dangerous practices in their restaurant. As a diagnosed celiac, dining safely is a medical necessity, not a lifestyle whim. This establishment has zero comprehension of cross-contamination or basic allergen protocols. Their "allergy table" at breakfast and dinner is a disorganized joke, missing critical ingredient disclosures and completely oblivious to gluten. My dining experience here was a health hazard. I ordered a salad and gave the waiter explicit instructions: no croutons, no bread, nothing but the vegetables. I was served a plate covered in croutons. Even worse, the kitchen staff completely botched the communication line, recording my medical restriction as an "egg allergy." After I sent it back, explaining that cross-contamination could make me severely ill, a "new" salad was brought out. As I neared the bottom of the bowl, I discovered buried crouton pieces. The kitchen didn't remake the dish; they simply scraped the top off and re-served the contaminated bowl. This is a severe breach of the European INCO Regulation (No. 1169/2011), which has been strictly enforced by French law since 2015. French law mandates that restaurants provide precise, easily accessible, written allergen tracking and safely manage cross-contamination. Under Article R. 412-12 of the French Consumer Code, this kind of dangerous negligence carries heavy fines and criminal liability for endangering consumer health. The staff here is utterly untrained, reckless, and legally non-compliant. If you have celiac disease or a life-threatening food allergy, avoid this hotel at all costs. They will put you in the hospital.

Great hotel in Paris for family vacation. Book direct give you so much cheaper price than Trip or others. Check their website. I love everything here, location is superb, just in front of the hotel is Porte de Clichy station. Near to every tourist destination. If you want to go to Orly Airport, its direct no need to move. Good things about the hotel , bed sheet, pillow, blanket are fove star standard hotel. The pillow just a bit small but thats fine. I can sleep very well here. Make sure ask to book the room facing back of the street so when the window opens not noisy.
