This hotel has become my home in Paris, and I can confidently say it will be my place to stay whenever I visit from now on. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Every employee is welcoming, always smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. Even though I don't know everyone's names, every staff member I encountered made me feel valued and cared for. Whether I was entering or leaving the hotel, they were always ready to offer assistance, including helping me with my luggage. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and outstanding service. Special thanks to Mahesh, Claudia, Marie, and the lovely lady who works during breakfast service. They made every morning a pleasure. The decoration is a masterpiece, and the interior design is simply fantastic. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The location could not be better. It is literally next to Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann and close to Palais Garnier, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Paris. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are spotless, the water pressure is great, and the air conditioning works perfectly. This is a place I truly fell in love with. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Clean trendy and a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was superb. Construction on on another room in hotel was very loud during the day and left the smell of hot drill stayed in my room for the entirety of my stay but I’m sure that’s just a temporary thing.

We stayed with my wife. The hotel is very clean, the employees were very helpful. It's great that the toilet in the room is automatic. It's great to be able to ask for coffee whenever you call the lobby every hour. A clean, organised, safe hotel. Very close to the opera, centre ,Glaries Lafeyette. I definitely recommend it. Officer Maisha (I hope I wrote it correctly) was very helpful, thank you

I’ve stayed in ChouChou Hotel 3 times on separate visits to Paris. Each time has been the loveliest experience. Warm, helpful staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms. And an amazing coffee at the bar. Highly recommend this hotel to all those visiting Paris!

We spent 3 lovely days at Coucou Hotel Paris and had such a great time! The hotel was cozy, welcoming, and in a perfect spot to enjoy Paris. A big thank you to Mous and Olga for being so kind and friendly during breakfast every morning — their service always started our day with a smile. They really made us feel at home. We would definitely love to come back again!

I love this hotel for its location and also the interior design. Service is also very good. Anyways the only thing about this hotel is the bathroom. We got a bathroom where there is an open shower and every time after showered, it is soaking wet everywhere. Didn’t really like that but otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

Do not recommend. Perhaps the rudest front office manager I have ever encountered, Manon was terrible and the hotel should consider a change of management. The rooms were also very noisy, the first night my room looked overlooked the restaurant/bar and there was a party there all night with extremely loud music so I couldn’t sleep at all. I asked for a late check out as I wasn’t feeling well, they told me they could extend by only one hour maximum for €80. When I questioned why this was so much at check out, Manon appeared from the back room (have not seen her before during my 3 stay) and was abrasive, rude and very unpleasant which are surprising personality traits for hotel hospitality managers. The rest of the staff at the hotel were nice, which made the interaction with this unpleasant lady even more jarring and shocking. She told me if I wasn’t happy I could go back in the room for an hour, which was quite passive aggressive as I had packed up my bags by the firm deadline they had given me and I was standing at checkout with all my luggage. There are many ways this could have been handled, even just a polite explanation of the policy would have sufficed. It’s fair to question why I was being charged €80 for a 1 hour late checkout in a €300 room, it’s not right to be rude, condescending and disrespectful when your job is to ensure guests enjoy their stay at your hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel, everything is basic except the Japanese toilet.

The hotel was lovely - the room was very clean, filtered water was provided (free refills at the bar) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful (including providing great food recommendations). The hotel itself is conveniently located close to several metro stations and also quite central so it doesn’t take long to get to most of the attractions and shopping areas. There is a very popular restaurant at the bottom of the hotel which gets quite busy in the evenings. However, despite my room being on the first floor, the music and noise were negligible and I had no issues sleeping. Would definitely recommend, and I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Paris.
