I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel Paris Porte d'Ivry. The hotel was very clean, and my room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around Paris. A special thank you to Marianne at the reception. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Overall, a good value for money stay in Paris. The hotel is a bit dated, and the staff are not the friendliest, but they are always helpful when needed. The room was a decent size, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay.The hotel is located in the 13th arrondissement, about a 10-minute walk from Metro Line 7, making it reasonably convenient for getting around the city. Considering the price I paid, I really can’t complain. A solid budget-friendly option for Paris.

Unfortunately, our stay at Comfort Hotel Paris was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the air conditioning did not work, there was an unpleasant smell, and there were not even towels in the room. We changed rooms, but the second room had similar problems. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and one of the most disturbing situations was a staff member entering the room without knocking while we were sleeping. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Considering its location in Paris, we expected much better hygiene and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in the middle for me. Me and my friend stayed here on a trip in paris for 5 days. The room was practical and usable but was very cramped and not very clean. We found a hair in the sink, mould on the walls and stains on the bathroom door and on our beds. The staff and the breakfast was nice but overall this hotel could use a bit of improvement.

I stayed at Comfort Hotel Paris for one night and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was not working, the room was not clean, there was an unpleasant smell, and most surprisingly, there were not even any towels. Not having towels in a hotel room is simply unacceptable. When I reported these issues to the staff, they were not friendly or welcoming at all. They gave me another room, but I encountered similar problems there as well. On top of that, a staff member entered my room without knocking while I was sleeping, which is absolutely unacceptable. I expected much better service and hygiene from a hotel located in the center of Paris. I experienced many problems like these during my stay. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it is not worth the money you pay.

**⭐ 1/5 – Avoid This Hotel** This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist spoke only a single word of English and then continued speaking French, making no effort to communicate or help. As an international hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they made a typo on my receipt. Instead of simply correcting **their own mistake**, they refused to issue a new receipt and argued with me. They only agreed to fix it after I became very firm with them. No guest should have to fight just to get a billing error corrected. The room was also a huge disappointment. It was tiny and lacked even the most basic amenities you'd expect from a 3-star hotel: * No mini fridge * No coffee machine * No kettle * Very limited space I honestly have no idea how this hotel has a 3-star rating. The poor customer service alone should be enough to avoid it. The staff's arrogant attitude made an already disappointing stay even worse. I would never stay here again, and I definitely do **not** recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. There are far better hotels where your money will be appreciated and you'll be treated with basic respect.

Nathaniel was the best part of the hotel, rooms are decent and there is ac. Some of the staff felt a bit micro aggressive which did make me uncomfortable. Would I book again? if it’s absolutely necessary.

Everything was okay, we got the room very cheap so we weren't expecting anything amazing. Some small things: 1) the hairdryer in the room was broken, 2) we didn't notice the sign at first but you have to ask if you want your room cleaned/ towels changed, 3) a second room key was not possible so we had to share. |However, they had free coffee in the lobby so that was lovely. Mostly the staff were fine, some more pleasant and helpful than others. Location was what we wanted as we were visiting family in Ivry-Sur-Seine
