Hello. I stayed at the hotel in early June 2026.The staff made my stay so enjoyable. A huge thank you to Mohamed for his hospitality, friendliness, kindness, always being in a great mood, and willingness to help. Mohamed, you're the Best! I'd also like to highlight the breakfast staff. They were very friendly, positive, attentive, and diligent (one young man and one young woman, she has a beautiful voice). Thank you! Breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and not overly pretentious, but quite varied and sufficient.Like many others, I'd like to point out the hotel's excellent location. It's very convenient, everything is close by, and it's easy to get to various destinations in the city. The hotel is small, and the rooms are indeed small, as are many others, especially in the city center in a similar price range. I stayed alone for a few nights and had a small, comfortable, cozy room (I was lucky, not all rooms are really well-designed), so I had plenty of space.For me, this was the good option at that time. Of course, you need to take all the circumstances into account when making your choice. I have no complaints about the housekeeping or cleanliness; the room had the necessary amenities and everything worked properly. I rarely used the air conditioning (it wasn't hot), but it really only works in one mode, which can be inconvenient. Paris is a city for walking, and the hotel is only a bed and breakfast, the location, cleanliness, friendliness, and good value for money without any frills were important to me.Thank you for your hospitality, and thank you to your staff; they make a big difference and create a great atmosphere, which is very important!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was my first time in Paris and I could have not found a better hotel at this price. The location was perfect!! So well connected to every area, the hotel was very clean, rooms were a tiny bit small but still cozy and super comfortable beds, breakfast was fab and the staff was very kind and sweet. I would 100% come back to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was at a perfect location ( near saint lazare station) which allowed us to move around paris and see the sights easily. The room was clean although a bit small but it served its purpose. The staff were very polite and willing to help. Smoking was not allowed in the room but there was a very nice yard that you could use as a smoker. The only minor thing was that the cleaners came in around 5 which was the time we got back and wanted to rest a bit. Other than that no problems

Excellent location which close to train station but not really sound proof hotels as hearing noises from outside or even upper level of the rooms. Room wise was clean but just too small. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing well. I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel in Paris. First of all, I would like to thank your reception staff, especially Mohamed and Pierre, as well as the ladies at the counter. They were all very kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms are not very big, but they are nice and comfortable. The location is excellent, as it is close to the train station and public transportation, and also very convenient for shopping. I stayed at Exe Paris Centre with a group of three people and found the experience to be average overall. The biggest downside was the size of the room. It was extremely small, making it difficult for three guests to move around comfortably or manage luggage. The bathroom was also very small and felt cramped throughout the stay. The hotel is located close to a metro station, which is convenient, but in a city like Paris—with its extensive and well-connected metro network—I wouldn't consider that a major advantage or differentiator compared to many other hotels. Another recurring issue was housekeeping. On several days, the room was stocked with only two bath towels despite our reservation being for three guests. While this was eventually resolved when requested, it was frustrating to have to address the same issue multiple times. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but the very limited room and bathroom space, combined with the repeated towel issue, prevented it from being a better experience.

The hotel was well suited in terms of location from the Saint Lazare train station. We were able to walk to the hotel in no time. The room was clean, appeared to be well maintained, and quiet and relaxing. Front desk staff were friendly at check-in. Where the hotel loses points (for me) is that they only offer decaffeinated instant coffee in the rooms. I went down to the front desk to try and get some coffee that wasn’t decaffeinated. No luck. We also asked for an extra pillow and although they said one would be sent up to our room, it never arrived. Poor customer service.

Very cold receptionist, i was asked to give 150€ per room as a deposit « just in case », i don’t understand this treatment and behavior even tho i booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for 1,2k€ ! It doesn’t stop here,i asked for a scale from the receptionist to weight my bags and i accidentally broke the hook, which was a very weak one i have a scale at home specifically for bag u can hang a cow in it and it won’t brake. Anyway, the receptionist had the audacity to tell me that i had to refund that scale., at what price !?Well, it’s the 150€ ! I was stunned ! Is that how you treat clients who pass by Paris. Well of course at the end i didn’t pay that scale and much more i got back those 150€ because i don’t get fouled .. Paris is very beautiful but not this hotel.
