The average score of the reviews is pretty much spot on for my experience. Went to Paris in September and we decided to stay here to save some money - but quite frankly, you get what you pay for. The rooms are obviously not what they are in the pictures; they're much smaller. Overall, I found them to be clean, but there were other, more annoying issues at play, like the fact that the toilet in our room was - as others pointed out - made of plastic, and the pipes were held together by hopes and dreams! Until they weren't, and we had a massive leak from the toilet. The guy working there was pretty initiative and obviously came to check it out, and moved us to another room which was a lot nicer, so I have no complaints about the customer service itself. Also there is a lot of noise at night AND cigarette smoke coming through the windows, so they feel pointless. However in my opinion the worst part was - as others said - the fact that they scan your ID/passports, which, yeah, is a GDPR violation. Other than that the location is pretty good - maybe half an hour away from the center - and it was one of the cheaper options closer to all the touristy spots. That's about it. Not the most impressive hotel, but I'd imagine it could be a lot worse.

The first room had a smell. We asked to be moved. Second room was better but noisy ppl outside and room beside us. Staff were nice.

Tiny room, hard to move around especially with a suitcase. Tiny bathroom, shower head was spraying all over. No space to dry towels. Took 3x to ask to get a second set of towels. Location was fine, close to Metro. Reception staff was very friendly. Rooms were too small to feel really comfortable but I guess this is what you get for that price inside Paris

Cheap for Paris. Very small rooms. You have to reverse into the toilet because there’s no room to turn, airplane toilets are about the same size. The shower was also tiny and part of the room since there was no door to the shower. We stayed in the 2nd floor and luckily had only one medium sized luggage because there is no elevator and the spiral staircase was very small. Reserved also breakfast, that was a mistake. It is not similar to the picture in the reservation site. One piece of bread and butter, a croissant and jam, coffee/tea and juice/ water. Went to get a much better breakfast day 2 in a cafe close by and it was much better and cheaper. No air conditioning or fan in the room and paris was very hot during our stay. So it was suffocating to be in the room and very difficult to sleep. Also the pillow was pretty much paper thin.

I spent there 2 days with my grandpa and it was one of the worst experience I've had. Our room was infected with bed bugs! After the first night when I said this to the receptionist he did not acknowledge me and gave us two more sheets... I could not make him understand that is is not enough at least move us to a new room, he did not! On the second night again I had many many stings and I had enough and went to the receptionist and demanded a new room and lo and behold we were able to go there... This place needs to get rid of freaking bed bugs! I paid 200 EUR to this. The toilette in our original room was filthy, the sliding door did not work as you had to hold it to stay closed.... The walls are indeed thin like paper.. after the first night there was cat sh*t in front of our door, unbelievable. I don't recommend this, go somewhere else.

Uffff I loved it so much. The staff, especially Midi was so kind to me. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic from my room. They let me storage my suitcases after the check out. I’d stay again in this beautiful hotel. Thanks.

The location is great, with a subway station right outside, making transportation convenient. The facilities and services are worth the price.

It was a terrible experience in Paris. When we arrived at this hotel after a long bus ride, we were given a cold room that smelled like a dead rat. There were no amenities in the room. There was no heating, although it was freezing outside. The windows were open. Probably they wanted to drown out the stench this way. We went up a narrow staircase with large suitcases to the 3rd floor, there was no space to even turn around on this landing. When we asked to change the room, the reception manager gave us another room with the same conditions. When we asked for a refund, since my 60-year-old mother was with me, where it would be completely uncomfortable for her to live for 5 days in a cold room, especially with such a stench, the manager categorically refused. He said that the boss was deciding on such a refund, who he did not want to disturb, since his boss might be angry at the early call. It was 7 am. We arrived tired all night after a 12-hour bus ride. Unfortunately, we were not refunded the 480 dollars and had to search for another hotel on foot, with suitcases, in the cold. I cannot understand such personnel and such an attitude towards guests of such a developed city in Europe. After this incident, we were left with a very unfavorable aftertaste of Paris. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
