The hotel is celebrating its 6th anniversary this year, and both the building and the rooms still feel quite new, clean, and well maintained. The minibar is complimentary. Although the selection is rather limited, it is still a nice touch. The parking area is spacious and very convenient if you are traveling by car. The swimming pool is not very large, but there is a fun waterslide attraction where you ride down on a large inflatable tube. Our child really enjoyed it and had plenty of fun. The deepest part of the pool is about 95 cm, so it is also quite suitable for children. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of both Western and Thai dishes to choose from. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and pleasant throughout our stay. The only disappointing point was the unpleasant smell coming from a nearby pond. Apart from that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The place is wonderful, and the Sora Bar is fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Khun Plai, Khun Kwan, and Khun C, they were all super nice and made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! The breakfast at the Club Lounge was excellent. Khun Tai (ต่าย), Khun Ae (เอ๊ะ), and Khun Gift provided outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. What impressed us most was how genuinely they cared for every guest, not just our table, but everyone in the lounge. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more enjoyable. This level of service is one of the main reasons we would choose Ana Anan for our next stay. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and very impressive. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and provided information in a very enthusiastic and helpful manner. The bell captain was also excellent and made me feel very welcomed. The room was beautifully decorated in a modern style, very clean, and had a pleasant fragrance. It was incredibly spacious, and the mattress and linens were exceptionally soft and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The dining experience was also outstanding. The food was prepared quickly, and every dish was absolutely delicious. I honestly didn’t expect Thai food at a hotel to taste this good—it was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend everyone to try it. The restaurant staff were very attentive, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service. Overall, I was extremely impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also enjoyed spending time at the lounge, which had a relaxing atmosphere and was a great place to unwind. What impressed us the most was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to come back again and again.

Because it was my husband's birthday, we stayed at this hotel for three days. They included a complimentary happy hour, where we enjoyed excellent wines of various kinds. My colleague Mint's guidance was a pleasant surprise. However, since the room included complimentary services, we weren't complacent and had a wonderful experience.

I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately the experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star property. First, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best choice. In the building where I stayed, conversations from people walking past the room could be clearly heard. Housekeeping activities, including vacuum cleaning, were also noticeable and affected the overall sense of privacy and relaxation. Second, breakfast management could be improved, especially during long weekends and peak occupancy periods. Many hotels proactively ask guests for their preferred breakfast time to better manage crowd flow and maintain food quality. During my stay, the breakfast experience felt overcrowded, and while the selection was adequate, it was not particularly memorable in terms of taste or presentation. Third, room cleanliness was generally acceptable, but there was one practical issue with the bathtub design. The bathtub does not have a handheld shower, which made it difficult to rinse away bath bomb residue and soap after use. As a result, the surface remained slippery and was not easy to clean thoroughly, which impacted the overall bathing experience. Finally, the outdoor environment and beach access did not fully align with the luxury atmosphere the hotel aims to provide. The use of artificial grass in several areas felt somewhat artificial, and in some spots there was a noticeable musty odor. These details may seem minor individually, but together they reduced the premium feeling that guests typically expect from a 5-star resort. Overall, the property has potential and some attractive features, but there are several areas that could be improved to create a more refined and memorable experience.

Location is ok. We arrived late, so check-in was fast but with minimal effort from the staff for assistance. No welcome drink (probably cause we arrived at 9PM). The person at the desk mumbled where our room was. We paid for an upgraded room with jacuzzi tub. We didn’t know what building it was in and got lost cause nobody was there to show us how to get to our room. Room was very cold when we arrived, so nice that the air was on but felt like a freezer. Very simple amenities. Bar had two cokes and a single can of beer. Called about the jacuzzi tub and asked about bath salts cause why request a jacuzzi tub and not use a bath ball or salts. Said they were going to bring. Never arrived so we never used the jacuzzi tub. View had a nice view of the beach - a plus. Overall, the facilities appear quite old and in. Need of maintenance. Went to the rooftop restaurant and lounge. Immediately told a minimum order was required. No problem all. Assume some people want to sit there and not order anything, so makes sense. The host who was telling us acted like she didn’t want to be there and almost felt offensive like she thought we weren’t there to order anything. We were hungry, we ordered for dishes and three drinks and spent about 3K. View was nice. Again, overall design was a bit dated but not bad. I really hate it when the kitchen brings out all the food that we ordered for a table top that can’t fit all the dishes. They should learn to pace the dishes or maybe ask the customer if they would like to stagger the dishes coming so we aren’t trying to put our drinks or plates on the couch cushions cause they won’t fit on the table top. Overall, kind of kills the vibe and low energy by the server. Acted like they just wanted to get off work as fast as possible. Food was ok. Steak was decent. Cheese plate was ok. Sushi was below average. Moscow mule was way too sweet. Red wine was good. Can’t remember the fourth plate. It wasn’t memorable. Breakfast buffet was decent. A lot of variety. Pretty good for the price. Overall, could have stayed at The Standard down the beach for the same price and regretted the booking based on the photos and reviews. Not sure the previous reviews I read were glowing. I guess just different standard. Not terrible. Not great. Average place. Better options for similar prices.

A very pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The hotel also has several nice facilities, including two swimming pools, which I really liked, and there is even a slide, making it great for relaxing and enjoying the hotel. The location is also very nice, as the hotel is close to the beach and has a good atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the restaurant in front of the beach with the red theme - the pizza was very delicious, and the drinks were creative and impressive. The lounge on the top floor also has a beautiful view, which made the experience even better. Breakfast at the hotel had a good variety of choices as well. There were only a few things that could be improved. The fitness area felt a bit sticky and stuffy, which made it less comfortable to use. Also, the walkway to the beach passes through a bridge and mangrove area, where the smell was quite strong at times. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, good service, beautiful views, great pools, and a relaxing beachside atmosphere. I had a very good experience and would recommend it.
