Google· 5 months agoWe’ve had a really pleasant stay at A-One New Wing Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, which made everything very convenient during our trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxed and welcoming. The facilities were also enjoyable, especially for a short getaway. Overall, it offered very good value for the price, and we leave with a positive experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Pattaya.

She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place, thanks to amazing staff like her!"

Tripadvisor· 9 months agoMy family stayed at this hotel in December 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just off Beach Road and within walking distance of major shopping malls in Pattaya, including Central Pattaya, Terminal 21, Big C, and Central Marina. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Kids loved the pool area. Highly recommended!

Google· 2 months agoFirst off, if you're going to Pattaya for a family vacation this is a great hotel. The staff there are great. The rooms were a little disappointing. This is definitely a kid friendly place. This is a great place to bring your young family. That being said if you're looking for a nice quiet hotel. This isn't it. The noise from the bars outside playing very loud music can keep you awake until 4:00 in the morning. Especially if you're on the first four floors. Any room with a balcony over a street is noisy. I was there on business so this hotel wasn't ideal.

Trip.com· 6 months agoAs with many other people I avoid peak season travel. in this case it was Thailand Songkran water festivalWe spent a total of 10 days around Pattaya and Scotland and one of the better hotels we stayed at was A1 new Wing hotel in Pattaya.I had stayed there before so I knew this was going to be a short thing and true enough. It was at this time. I was with my partner so it made this experience doubly better.He liked it a lot too, so we will definitely stay there again. The staff was always informative & friendly.Even though there was construction going on on the next door property, CRUISE hotel, and surrounding area it still was a lovely experience at this hotelKudos to everyone involved in making this hotel a hit & making me a repeat guest Thank u very much.

The breakfast was underwhelming — either overly bland or lacking proper seasoning — and the dining area felt overcrowded, with more guests than available food. For anyone considering staying here, I would strongly recommend taking a video of the room upon arrival as evidence. We were charged 300 THB for a missing coffee cup, even though we were not informed how many items were originally provided.

Google· 8 months agoI had a long stay at A-One New Wing Hotel Pattaya and overall my experience was very positive. The hotel room is spacious and well suited for a long stay. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well located. I would especially like to thank Mr. Sek and Pure. They greeted me every day with such warm smiles that I truly felt at home. Their kindness, care, and excellent service made my stay even more special. One small disappointment was the breakfast. I would have liked to try it just once, so that I could decide whether to book future stays with breakfast included, but unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to try it even one time. I found this a bit disappointing. Despite this, I look back on my stay very positively and can definitely recommend this hotel.
