The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is excellent. However, what truly makes this place special is its people. The staff and managers went above and beyond to help us during one of the most stressful moments of our vacation. Our heartfelt thanks to Pepe and the entire team at Pravindra Resort. I left an envelope with cash in the safety box after check out, and it was still there after few hours when I came back to find it. If you’re planning a trip to Pattaya, Thailand, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Pravindra Resort. You won’t just enjoy a wonderful resort—you’ll experience the warmth, integrity, and outstanding service of people who genuinely care about their guests.

If you don’t want somewhere too crowded beach like central Pattaya, this hotel location and facilities are great. The sand beach is beautiful. The swimming pools are kids-friendly and well maintained. We had Thai food for lunch at the seaside restaurant and had dinner at Italian restaurant which their food is nice and tasty. The breakfast served wide variety of food so everyone can enjoy it. Our deluxe triple room is not bad. Beds and pillows are comfortable and make me sleep well throughout the night. Most impressive thing is what happens after checking out. I realize that I forgot something at the hotel room after we already back home. It’s not high value stuff but having sentimental value. Thank you all staff team especially the housekeepers and receptionist who helped me sort this out seamlessly. All staff are very polite and helpful. We are definitely going back again.

Review of Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort’s beachfront location is excellent, and the beautifully landscaped gardens create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained, making it a lovely place to walk around and unwind. The bed was comfortable, although I was surprised that despite booking a 1 King Bed room, the room appeared to have two double beds pushed together to create a king-sized bed. After 28 years working in the hotel industry, this was the first time I’ve encountered this. 😂 While the room was generally clean, the bathroom—particularly the toilet—still had visible stains, suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. This is an area where the resort could improve. Another issue we experienced was with the shower at night. The water temperature fluctuated in a strange cycle—it would reach the desired temperature, then suddenly become noticeably cooler before warming up again. This repeated approximately every 10 seconds, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. The beachfront restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food in a beautiful seaside setting. The som tam was especially flavorful, although even after requesting “less spicy,” it was still surprisingly spicy! The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with an impressive variety of Thai, Chinese, and Western dishes. In addition to fresh fruit, salads, and pastries, there were steamed pork buns, shumai, made-to-order pork noodle soup, and freshly prepared pa thong ko (Thai-style fried dough), making for a satisfying and well-rounded breakfast experience. Overall, Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa offers a wonderful beachfront setting with beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 28 years, I believe a little more attention to housekeeping details, ensuring the correct bed configuration, and fixing the inconsistent hot water temperature would elevate the guest experience significantly. Despite these issues, I would gladly return for the relaxing atmosphere, excellent location, and outstanding food.

Rooms and pools were good. Service was good but the check in time was late, it was 15:00 with but also could ask for late check out but still 15:00 is too late. Also, we requested double bed but we got single bed but it’s okay. The food was pricey but great, I like the carbonara and the pizza however the BREAKFAST was a bit disappointing. The were many options but barely tasted good, the patonggo was good but definitely the dough can be better. Other stuff was tbh bad, I love always love hotel breakfast but not from this place. The beach here is great, a short walk and nice pools. Good hotel for family and kid, got 3 pools and sliders. My favourite was the ping pong table.

Normally, I don't write review such a bad way. But this time I cannot standing. The influencer review make it looklike a magnificent stay. But my experience is quite terrible. Update!! Assistance front office manager contacted me after post this update 2 hours. They offered me 30% discount and guarantee room upgrade which I thought too normal. If book through OTA such as Agoda, Booking, the cost will be lower than they offer. This is not attractive at all. 1. I came to check-in at the lobby. Front officer inform me that they have to decline this booking from Agoda. Because the agoda's contractor is quote a foreigner price which too low to them. So they ask me to contact agoda which I did. I'm sitting an quite confuse that what just happen. Agoda treat me very well and prepare to get new hotel for me. But suddenly out of nowhere, they offer me a room and bring me to the room. Ok I will stay then. 2. My first room got an aircon clog which lead to water drainage fall like a waterfall. They offer me to change the room. But my luggage is full of water which is quite bad for having a clothes wet. 3. Nearly midnight I try to have a shower. But the water flow from tap is a muddy water. They inform me that it took at least an hour to fix it. Do I need to wait? They did move me to a new building. The issue is people in this building consume too much water that the the tank run dry. The mechanic did told me informally and he's the one help moving my luggage. Thank you so much to him. But I never get any reason from other staff. And if I not ask. They didn't told me bruh. So that's all of story. Well, the pool is nice actually with beautiful sunset. Breakfast is just normal. Don't get too overwhelming from the influencer. I am not blame to any staff. I knew that they did try their best. But I want to message this to the property owner and management that you'll need to better keep your hotel in a good condition. Moving the room 3 times because of this kind of issue is not a good thing to your guest. The occupancy rate still not even reach full. I can't imagine what will happen if it reach that capacity Offer me just 2 Starbuck drink during my checkout is quite too simple don't you think?

We stayed at this hotel because we were invited to a two-day yacht party and needed a place close to the pier. Since the location was very convenient, we decided to book it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the wrong choice. The bed was extremely hard, the rooms are very old, and there were water stains almost everywhere in the bathroom. The noise level is also very bad — you can easily hear people in the next room talking. On top of that, the service was very poor. We were ignored several times at the reception, and the staff did not seem very attentive. The housekeeping also didn’t seem to care much about their work. At the pool area, there was puke left from the previous night. At 10 a.m. the pool area was already full of guests, but nobody had cleaned it. Staff members were walking around as if it wasn’t their responsibility. Very surprising. Breakfast had a large selection, but the food tasted very artificial. Even the eggs had a strange chemical taste. Overall, the location is convenient if you need to be near the pier, but the hotel itself was very disappointing.

This hotel has a classic style, but it's really well maintained. The staff at reception especially a lady named Best gave such helpful advice and made everything easy. The rooms are comfy and classic in vibe. The central pool is huge, with fun water slides perfect for families. But the real highlight is the pool right by the beach, it’s super romantic with views of the Jomtien coastline, the sandy beach, and even the Ocean Marina Yacht Club in Pattaya. Both pools give you different vibes, both amazing. Oh, and the food is great especially the breakfast. The standout? The fried dough sticks, absolutely delicious!

Breakfast is okay. Have patongko. Doesnt have any information on allergy Washroom Tile is not slippery even when it was wet. Shower water pressure is great unlike the toilet which was barely adequet. The window has a slit that shine the light directly onto the bed. Hotel is currently has a construction for an expansion. Car lane is narrow and parking are more limited. Occasional vibration and sound can be felt during the evening. Pool are nice with gimmicks and many sliders. There is 7-11 within a walking distance at the main road. The a la carte dinner menu is surprisingly good. Definitely better than most hotel dinner in pattaya.
