The infinity pool and ocean view were serene. The sandy beach was clean and quiet. every setting at the hotel was done thoughtfully, I loved it that it was not very massive nor crowded and so was well kept. The beaches and pools almost your own felt pvt areas. Breakfast was quite good as well 7.5 out of 10 for me. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the last night of the stay for some reason, two light switches in my room had malfunction and were kinda jammed but they fixed it right away. Oh, and the most incredible part was the Superrr comfortable beds and pillows ( i like soft bedding so for my taste it was perfectly Extremely Soft (like it would cuddle you in ). LAst but not the least, bath accessories at gym and at public areas by the brand BAWA were amazing! ..what else ..yes a heads up, keep in mind if you want quiet room then don't take the room facing garden as kids play there and the glass door does not have the best noise insulation . All in all, great service! i am definitely looking fwd to returning there soon.p.s: the grilles eabass at the restaurant Pebbles was Delicious!

We had a fantastic calm, quiet and a quality family time here. Staffs were all very kind and welcoming. Very family friendly resort. Location is away from the noisy nightlife of Pattaya. Suitable for those with either children or pets who seeks a quiet retreat. Hope to visit again for the peaceful and welcoming vibe. Food is also great all breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful chefs working here for sure 😊 Thank you for the experience. See you again!

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay, on top of excellent facilities/services, one of the highlights of our experience was the outstanding service from Johnnie. Every single morning at breakfast, Johnnie would come over with a warm smile to check on us, asking how everything was, whether we enjoyed the food, and if there was anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. What impressed us the most was that he didn’t just ask, he took action immediately. When he noticed that some of the food wasn’t at its best, he personally went back to the kitchen and brought us freshly prepared replacements. Even something as simple as cold, chewy fried dough sticks (Chinese donuts) was replaced with a hot, freshly fried batch straight from the kitchen without us even having to request it. That level of initiative, hospitality, and pride in his work is something you rarely see. Johnnie consistently went above and beyond to ensure every breakfast was enjoyable and every guest felt valued. Thank you, Johnnie, for making our stay so special. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing you again!

Excellent stay. First time in a Pattaya and first time at this hotel. Every single staff member was fantastic! Special mention to boss Johnnie, who gave special customer care for our group. Food excellent. Room excellent. Swimming pools and 24hour gym excellent. I will stay here again 100%!

Fantastic stay with beautiful rooms and top-tier breakfast, just mind the construction! We recently stayed at the Renaissance Pattaya Resort as a group of three, booking a sea view room with breakfast included, and overall we had a wonderful time! The room layout is excellent. Even with three adults sharing the space, it was incredibly spacious and we never felt cramped. It’s well-designed, modern, and very comfortable for a group. We opted for the sea view, but it’s worth noting that the resort is currently undergoing construction for a new extension. This does clutter the view and introduces some daytime noise, though fortunately, work is strictly limited to daytime hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). It looks like it will be completed around mid-2027, after which the views will surely be back to 100%. If you plan to be out exploring during the day, it won't bother you much. The resort facilities are absolutely top-notch—everything is beautifully maintained. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It is absolutely sumptuous! A special shout-out to Chef Fred—the pastries are incredible, and I fell in love with the croissants. Do not skip breakfast here! Despite the temporary construction view, the hospitality, space, and incredible food made our stay highly enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will certainly come back again once the extension is finished!

Johnnie and the whole staff at Renaissance Resort were excellent! Johnnie went above and beyond to ensure our dietary restrictions were met. Kookkik was also friendly and welcoming during breakfast. Highly recommend staying at this resort. Khop khun kha to the Renaissance Resort Family 🙏

Never regret for choosing Renaissance being my relaxing vacation. Breakfast was over my expectation. Choices are various both inter and local food. What I love about open kitchen here is the cleanliness. The staff was service- minded. K. Johnnie was great service. He often offers a good selection of dishes. We had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service during breakfast. We would especially like to thank Khun Johnnie, who truly stood out for his attentiveness and genuine care. He paid close attention to every detail, consistently checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. He asked about the food, made sure our needs were met, and went out of his way to take care of both me and my family. What made his service special was how natural and sincere it felt — not forced, but coming from a place of true hospitality. He noticed the little things and proactively offered refills without us even needing to ask, which made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you, Khun Johnnie, for making our breakfast experience so memorable. It really made a difference to our stay.
