This is a wonderful resort with a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained, allowing you to enjoy a variety of plants, flowers, and birds. Since the rooms are standalone villas, you can enjoy a quiet, private stay. The breakfast buffet menu changes every day, so you never get bored of the food. At the spa, I had a full-body oil treatment that was deeply relaxing. My therapist, Pin, was wonderful and made the experience amazingly comfortable!! All of the resort staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, and I felt their genuine warmth. It was a fantastic resort, and I would definitely love to visit again!

We stayed 4 nights, had an absolutely amazing time here. The room was fantastic, the restaurant was great, the private beach was very clean and not too busy. The best part of all was the service. Every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted by the nicest man named Jeet, he gave us his WhatsApp and helped with all things from recommendations to booking taxi’s. 10/10 will definitely come back if given the chance. The location isn’t bad at all. A short 20-30min taxi from most of what pattaya has to offer.

I recently stayed at Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas while attending a trade show, at the Nongnooch International Convention and Exhibition Center (NICE) and it was one of the best parts of my trip to Thailand. The resort is beautifully designed and surrounded by tropical gardens, which makes it feel peaceful and relaxing as soon as you arrive. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, giving you lots of privacy and a real break from the busy city nearby. One of the best things about the resort is its beautiful beachfront location. The beach is clean, quiet, and great for long walks or just relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The pool area is also very nice and a great spot to relax. The staff were wonderful during my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and real hospitality made me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. Breakfast had a nice mix of Thai and international dishes, and the food was excellent. I also had a few meals at the resort’s restaurant and was impressed by how good everything looked and tasted. If you want a peaceful beachfront resort with great service, beautiful scenery, and comfortable rooms, I highly recommend Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas. I can’t wait to come back.

An amazing stay! We stayed with our three young children 7,5 and 15 months. The staff were amazing and happy to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly each day and feel very upmarket. Our room came with a pool cleaned daily and beautiful gardens. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate and the landscaping is absolutely stunning. The mix of modern and traditional is seen throughout this property. The only thing that would be great to see is an attendant to pick the rubbish that washes up on the beach at certain tide times. This is no fault of the hotels as it washes in from Pattaya city, but it would be great to see it being disposed of properly. The beach is usually very clean and well kept. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent and backed up by a great food and beverage team. Everyone is so polite and helpful and as a mum I was so happy for the interaction with my kids.

The location was perfekt to get away from everything, and be able to relax. We really enjoyed the absolutely beautiful grounds. It is like walking through a Botanical Gardens.|We felt totaly cared for, and were offered a free Upgrade due to some construction that was happening while we were there. Can totaly recommend, and will stay again If i come back. Great Resort for the price.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is located in South Pattaya, a bit far from the city center, but the overall experience was quite relaxing and the rooms were kept perfectly clean. Since the property is quite large, there is a significant distance between the lobby and the rooms, making the buggy service essential. I stayed in a villa for two nights this time. However, my departure was completely ruined by a terrible checkout experience. At 11:55 AM on my checkout day, I called the front desk to request a buggy for my luggage. A receptionist named Natcha told me it would take "10-15 minutes." I waited until 12:20 PM—25 minutes later—and still no buggy. I called again, and the staff simply said, "coming." It usually only takes about 5 minutes for a buggy to drive from the lobby to my room. By 12:30 PM, the buggy still hadn't shown up. I called for a third time, and the receptionist sounded extremely impatient, just brushing me off by repeating, "coming, coming..." Because I had pre-booked a car for 12:10 PM and my driver was already waiting, I didn't want to cause further delays. I ended up carrying my own luggage all the way to the lobby. When I arrived, Natcha actually looked surprised to see me walking there myself. She then told me they needed to check the room, which meant even more waiting. Since my driver had already been waiting for over half an hour, I asked her how much longer the room check would take, emphasizing that I had already wasted over 30 minutes waiting for a buggy that never arrived. Shockingly, Natcha replied, "Everyone before you has already checked out." Was she implying that it was my fault for checking out late? I completely fail to understand her logic or this kind of unprofessional customer service. It made me absolutely furious.

This hotel is a great choice for a relaxing vacation, especially if you want to stay away from the city and enjoy some quiet time by the beach. The environment is peaceful and having their own private beach. What really stood out to me was the service — every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whenever I had a request, it was handled promptly and with a great attitude, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the excellent service. Thanks to the team here for giving me such a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.

We recently stayed at the Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas in Pattaya and had an absolutely outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect. ​We stayed in a Pool Villa Suite, which was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and offered the perfect amount of privacy and luxury. The entire resort grounds are kept in pristine condition. ​What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every single team member was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. You can really feel that they care about their guests. ​The dining experience was another highlight. The food at the resort is delicious, but what made the evenings truly special was the singer, Kookie. Her performances create such a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere during dinner – it was the perfect way to end each day. ​If you are looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway with top-tier service, this is the place to go. We can wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone!
