I stayed at this hotel from March 4th to March 6th, 2026. I had a wonderful experience and would like to share my gratitude: • Service & Upgrades: The receptionist was amazing and upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room. The male receptionist, in particular, was incredibly friendly and kind. In fact, every staff member I passed greeted me with a polite smile. • The Room: The location is right in the center, yet the soundproofing is excellent. Once the windows are closed, it’s perfectly quiet. • and I left my necklace and earrings in the room after checking out. I only realized they were missing once I arrived at the Pattaya North Bus Station to head to Bangkok. My boyfriend rushed back to the hotel to check. Although the front desk initially couldn't find the items, my boyfriend went up to the room (which had already been cleaned). He ran into the housekeeper outside. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly helpful. she had found the jewelry and had already turned it in to the lost and found. Because my boyfriend only had 10 minutes to get back to the bus station for our trip to Bangkok, he didn't have time to give her a tip as a thanks. I feel so bad that we couldn't show our appreciation properly in that moment. I truly love this hotel and its staff. Thank you so much for your honesty and wonderful service!

Stayed here from 21st to 25th May, staff were excellent and room was always clean. Most important of all the shower was a 10/10 no questions asked, not sure if it’s just the contrast after my stay in Paris where the shower was horrendous but here the water pressure is fantastic and the shower took quickly to the change in temperature. Rooftop pool was a good place to hangout and tan. Location fantastic as there is a mall just across the street and beach is a short walk away. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet a little bit more expensive than I thought it would be but makes up for it in variety and quality. One incident came up where I was billed twice while paying for the breakfast buffet but they handled it very professionally, asked if I wanted to get a refund for one of them or come back tomorrow and I was already planning on coming back tomorrow after the meal so I chose the second option. Next day, they recognized us by face and welcomed us without question. Gym is excellent but limited exercise equipment, you are able to complete most exercises with what is provided though! Can’t stress enough how fantastic the staff and service has been!

Had a wonderful stay at Somerset Pattaya We arrived early (around 12:30 PM, while check-in is at 3:00 PM), and the hotel kindly accommodated us and even upgraded our room which was a very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent throughout our stay — all staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool and the kids’ water play area, which made it perfect for families. The location is also very convenient, right in the city center, just across from Central Pattaya, and within walking distance to the beach. We even enjoyed a nice walk along the beach in the evening. Overall, a very impressive experience. Highly recommended! 💙

I am Amit Papneja from india. I recently stayed at Somerset Pattaya, Thailand from 18th May to 21st May 2026, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience in every way. I would happily give 5 stars across all aspects – from cleanliness and comfort to service and hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable, but what truly made my stay special was the amazing staff. I would like to sincerely thank Miss. KOOKKIK James, Art and the bell boy mr Song for their kindness and support throughout my stay. They were always ready to help with a smile and made everything so smooth and enjoyable. A special thanks from my heart to Kookkik – she is truly a wonderful person. Her warm nature, genuine care, and beautiful smile made me feel so welcome every day. The way she treats guests is not just professional, but full of kindness and sincerity. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time. She made my stay even more memorable, and I will always remember her kindness. Thank you once again to the entire team at Somerset Pattaya for such a lovely experience. I will definitely come back again!

What an amazing stay for my first time in Thailand! The staff from check in to check out was awesome and helpful. The breakfast was so very delicious and location was in a good area which plenty of shops around. I would definitely book again for a future trip back to Thailand. Special shoutout to KF, Looknam, James, Rartoon, and the whole staff for the amazing hospitality!

My experience at Somerset Pattaya has been extremely disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service. On my very first day, my room was not cleaned at all. This was already a terrible start to my stay. Then I ordered one coffee, but when I received the bill, I noticed that I had been charged for two coffees. I would have paid it without questioning it if I had not carefully checked the bill. Guests should not have to constantly check their bills to make sure they are not being charged for things they never ordered. The worst experience, however, was with the food. I ordered a club sandwich and specifically told the staff over the phone that I could not have bacon because it goes against my religion. I made this very clear. Despite this, the sandwich arrived with bacon in it. I sent it back and explained the issue again. When the replacement arrived, it STILL had bacon in it. What made the situation even worse was that when I questioned the staff, they told me that it was not bacon, even though it clearly looked and smelled like bacon. After I had specifically explained my religious restriction twice, this was completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but this was not just one mistake. My room was not cleaned, I was almost charged for an extra coffee, and my religious dietary request was ignored twice. The fact that the food issue happened again after I had already sent it back is especially unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at Somerset Pattaya. I would strongly recommend checking your bills carefully and double-checking your food orders. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Pattaya, and while everything about the hotel was excellent, one person truly made the experience unforgettable – Miss Kookkik. Her kindness is something you don’t come across every day. She has a natural warmth that instantly makes you feel comfortable and valued. No matter how busy things were, she always had a genuine smile on her face and was ready to help with patience and sincerity. What really stood out was her attention to detail and the way she treats guests—not just as visitors, but as people she genuinely cares about. It’s this rare quality that turns a good stay into a truly memorable one. Miss Kookkik is not just doing her job, she is creating beautiful experiences for guests. A big thank you to her for making our stay so special. She is truly a gem.

I stayed at Somerset Pattaya earlier in April for 2 nights, and as I mentioned in my previous review, Somerset Pattaya definitely lived up to my expectations.At the end of April, my flight back home got cancelled, so I decided to spend a few more days in Pattaya. Because of my great experience with Somerset Pattaya earlier that month, choosing to stay here again was an easy decision. The hotel is also very convenient for working remotely, with a good desk setup in the room, and its location close to Central Mall and many other places makes everything easily accessible.This second stay did not disappoint either. Unfortunately, I did not receive an upgrade this time, but everything still lived up to my expectations once again. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the service remained consistently good.For Pattaya, this is definitely my preferred hotel to stay at. The location, facilities, and proximity to everything are just perfect.
