Pros: Very near to Central Phuket but needs to cross a really busy road. Beds are comfortable.Breakfast is decent. Air con is cold and on all the time. Staff is friendly. Fridge is big. Reasonable price. Cons: Room is a little old and dated,abit different from photos online. Water pressure is low. Close to road,can hear the traffic.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Central, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Getting around was easy, and ordering Grab was hassle-free. The property also offers a swimming pool and fitness, which was a nice bonus.The room was clean and comfortable. Although I encountered a small issue on my first night, I would like to give a special thanks to Khun Odd from the night reception. He was incredibly helpful in resolving the problem and kindly arranged a room change for me. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and willingness to assist, especially late at night. Despite the hour, he went above and beyond to find a suitable new room and ensure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service

This is my first time to stay at Dara Hotel Phuket. Certainly, all the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful with smile. The breakfast is good and decent with western and eastern food. The room I stay in, it is clean, spacious, and tidy with speedy Wi-Fi. Also, the swimming pool is large, clean and comfortable. The interior design of Dara Hotel is stylish and lovely.

My stay was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of service. Some of the reception staff spoke and behaved in an inappropriate and rather rude manner, with very little sense of hospitality or service-mindedness. This was particularly noticeable with one of the female reception staff, and it created a poor impression from the beginning of the stay. Regarding the room, I understand that it may have been renovated some time ago, so I was prepared to accept the overall condition to a certain extent. On the positive side, the room was clean, the linens and amenities were well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a good job. However, several facilities in the room were not functioning properly. The television was not working, and the bathroom faucet was also faulty. When maintenance staff came to assist, the way they spoke and interacted was also unpleasant and unprofessional. The main issue was therefore not only the condition of the room, but the overall service attitude and professionalism of the staff, which are fundamental aspects of the hotel experience. If you are looking for a hotel with good accommodation and proper hospitality, I would not recommend this place. There are better options elsewhere.

The hotel is strategically located in town area. Offering easy access to restaurant nearby, massage centers, and shopping areas—within walking distance or driving nearby. The staff are friendly and consistently welcoming the locals only but not to non-local tourist probably due to language barrier. The beds are soft, the rooms are clean but due for renovation anytime. Insufficient lights at nights. Breakfast serves with very basic food not many options. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're on budget. Otherwise is better to stay elsewhere.

Really good hotel. Very helpful staff, especially by Jib at Reception Sashi at hotel tour service, gave an awesome deal on three best tours, James bond, Phi phi and City attractions. Rooms cleaned everyday. Location is the best. Premium mall is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is also good. We have a specific diet restriction , well looked after.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable first stay in Phuket, really highly recommended! A special shoutout to < Ms JIB, Ms Nene and Mr AOD > at the reception . They were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness made such a big difference and really set the tone for a great trip. ❤️ I had the most wonderful first experience in Phuket and DARA Hotel made it truly special. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel itself is fantastic ,beautiful, comfortable, and in a super convenient location right near Central Mall Phuket, which made everything so easy to access. I’m so glad I chose DARA Hotel for my first Phuket stay. I left with the best memories and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a hotel in Phuket, look no further 👍 this is the one!

Nice rooms, good pool and bar/restaurant, fairly clean, in a convenient area close to the big shopping centre. Not much of a view but it’s a good base for Phuket exploration. 5 star service! The staff organised for my luggage to be repaired and gave good recommendations of local attractions.
