Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Grand Mercure Patong with my wife as we returned for our second wedding anniversary celebration. Service was top-notch and staff were super accommodating to ensure customer relations were met with the highest standards they could provide. Definitely deserving of the 5 star rating and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Special shoutout to managers Dada and Beer for their professionalism and excellent customer service. We really appreciate all that the hotel has done for us and will definitely be back!

My stay here was amazing, honestly impeccable! As an accor gold member I was astonished at how thoughtful the staff and experience was. Special shoutout to Bambi, Tan, and the Spa staff who made sure that we were well taken care of. Their service really made my trip - not only were they attentive, but they were also proactive. All the staff here pay so much attention to their guests. The pool was also very nicely designed with secluded areas that felt serene and private. Plus the breakfast was so tasty, you could really taste the local authenticity with smoky wokhei on the noodles, a superb noodle station, and dessert station with local desserts. I had an unbelievable time here and would definately be back!

It’s a nice looking hotel and the staff are what you would expect in Thailand. I have 3 expectations Value for money: we booked a pool villa, these are located at the back of the main hotel. They are very private, well appointed and quiet. However they are almost always in the shade so if you want to sunbake forget it. I am not sure they are worth the extra. Friendly Staff. This was a big plus. The staff were always friendly and wanted to help. Location: good walking distance from everything. Far enough away from all the noise but close enough to walk every where. There was some issues with Bubbles restaurant: I’m sorry but the quality of the food was just awful. Stale breakfast pastries every morning. Ate lunch a couple of times ordered the kebabs. This was about a 2 star quality They were so tough we could not eat them. The French fries were rock hard cold and not worth presenting. Explained to the supervisor what was going on. He told us that he would speak the chef. I don’t think that happened as the next few days were exactly the same. Just eat somewhere else it’s really not worth the effort. The problem with writing reviews is that it’s always going to be brought up with the staff and next time it will be better. The thing is do better in the first place. Travelling is getting expensive so expectations are going to be higher.

Stay in this hotel if your want to enjoy one of the best location for shopping, Bangla road, nearby attractions in Patong. All is at walking distance so no hassle roaming around till late night. Do not expect a resort like feeling but a best location to enjoy shopping, happening places within 1 km. Breakfast is good and staff are most caring and friendly. The lobby was not air conditioned and their staff were sweating in the humid conditions but working with smile and checked us in with welcome drink and a cold towel. Accor management must think of the comfort of their front desk employees with suitable conditions.

My recent stay at the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The property itself is fantastic, offering a brilliant blend of comfort, elegance, and relaxation. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes out to Teya at the business centre. She went above and beyond to ensure an incredibly smooth, efficient, and welcoming check-in process. I am especially grateful to her for the generous room upgrade, a remarkably thoughtful gesture that truly elevated my entire stay and perfectly exemplifies the world-class hospitality of this hotel. The entire experience was seamless and highly enjoyable. I am definitely coming back soon and cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone looking for a premium stay in Phuket!

We recently stayed at Grand Mercure Patong for the second time and once again had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — even surprising us with a beautiful “welcome back” sign on our bed, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our return feel extra special. This resort truly delivers a 5-star experience. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the entire hotel is spotless, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful while still being close to everything Patong has to offer. The location is absolutely perfect. Last year I also had a massage at the in-house spa and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had — pure luxury and relaxation from start to finish. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked to return for our final two days in Thailand before flying home. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again and we will always return in the future.

I would like to highly commend Grand Mercure Phuket for the outstanding hospitality extended to our group during our stay in early May. There were seven of us, and the experience was exceptional right from the booking stage. The team was proactive and thoughtful, sending warm welcome emails and gathering information in advance to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, including arranging rooms close to one another, preparing welcome drinks, and accommodating our early check-in requests. A special mention goes to Bambi, who went above and beyond to make our group feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent as well. I especially noticed and appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of dedicated Indian, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, which reflected the hotel’s commitment to catering to diverse guest preferences. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Grand Mercure Phuket in the future.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed in a villa, it was big and we had our own pool. Staff were very welcoming and the breakfast buffett that came with the room is super nice. There are many different pools and even a pool and ping pong table. Beds were big and comfy and extremely luxurious overall. Visited the spa and the masseuse was very skilled. Stayed for one week and would DEFINITELY come back again! I really recommend it if you’re looking for a fun relaxing place to stay!
