Google· a month ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Marina Gallery Resort, especially because of the exceptional hospitality. The staff Oumaim , Ging, Oil were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and truly valued as guests. The service was excellent, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and memorable. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Marina Gallery Resort for making our visit so special. We really appreciated your kindness and hospitality and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️🌴✨

Google· 3 months agoMy partner and I stayed at the Marina Gallery Resort for about 2 weeks and had a fantastic time! The rooms were clean and spacious, as were the facilities. The pool was especially nice on the hot days, since it was nice and cool with shaded spots to hide from the sun in. The breakfasts were also very good! I recommend taking advantage of the egg station along with the rice they have on offer 😋 The staff were also very friendly and helpful with anything and everything. We especially want to thank Mimi and Mai for their kindness during our stay :) Most importantly, there are 2 stray black cats in the area. They are our good friends so please treat them kindly 🙏

Google· 3 months agoI had a wonderful stay at Marina Gallery Hotel. I really liked this place — the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff (Aum, Oumain and Vier) were also very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their service made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay. I would love to come back again!

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoWe had such a lovely stay at this hotel in Phuket! The atmosphere is peaceful, calming, and has a charming little French vibe, making it the perfect getaway. The food was absolutely delicious—honestly some of the best we had during our trip. A special thank you to Vier, Oumaim, and Ging, who were all so kind and welcoming. The reception team was always happy to help us arrange taxis quickly, which made getting around so easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Google· 2 months agoسيء ومعاملتهم وقحه.. والنظافه سيئه والمناشف وكل شي اعادة استخدام بالغرف ملطخة وصاخة وحالتها حاله ، الرسبشن اسوأ رسبشن وخدمات شهدته بحياتي وقحين ويدورون عليك الزله ومليان حشرات الفندق مره .. انتبهوا تعطونهم تأمين او جوازكم لانهم حتى على مفتاح الغرفه اللي مفترض يكون شي من حقك يُعطى كزائر اذا ضاع بيدفعونك عليه فلوس This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, the reception staff and room service were extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly lack basic customer service skills. The housekeeping staff also do not know how to clean properly. Instead of replacing the towels, they simply folded and put the same used ones back. Even after I specifically requested fresh towels, they brought me dirty, previously used towels and a dirty bathrobe. When I arrived to check in, I was exhausted after a 24-hour journey. I politely asked the receptionist if they could speed up the check-in process. Instead, she shouted at me and said, “You keep coming every minute and you’re annoying me.” Is this what professional customer service looks like? When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me because she was afraid of being reported. To make matters worse, I was traveling with a friend. She had her own room, and I had mine under my own name. The hotel refused to return my passport and kept it as a deposit until my friend checked out. I explained that my room was booked under my name only and that I had nothing to do with her reservation, but they simply replied, “You came together.” What kind of unprofessional and unreasonable policy is this? Why should my passport be withheld because of another guest’s booking? Another disappointing issue is that the hotel restaurant closes at 8:00 PM. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where the restaurant closes so early. Overall, this hotel failed in customer service, housekeeping, and professionalism. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Having stayed at multiple 5 star hotels like Marriott, Novotel similar Personally, I feel that it’s not upto the service standards of a 5 star hotel: it’s more of an upper level 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping service is good, pool is pretty and clean. Breakfast could be better. Drinking water limit: Two 500 ml bottles per room/per day and any requests above that would cost which I felt strange for a 5 star hotel, although I didn’t order extra but it was stated at the time of check-in.Rooms are spacious and comfortable- nothing to complain about. Amenities and toiletries are decent. Shuttle service is limited and infrequent- 4/5 times a day, the last one is at 4pm.Overall, I stayed for 7 nights. I am satisfied but not super happy as compared to my other stays. A lot of scope for improvement.

Google· 3 months agoOur stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The overall style is incredibly nice and refreshingly different, featuring beautifully designed, spotless rooms. The location is excellent—convenient yet perfectly tucked away from the noise for a peaceful getaway. The pool view is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Oumaim, Vier, and Aum, who went above and beyond with their warm and professional hospitality. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience was very relaxing. A special thank you to Ging, Oil, and Vier for their kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service. They were always friendly and welcoming, and really made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Phuket. We would definitely come back! 😊🌴
