We liked everything: room, territory, breakfast, staff, SPA and restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was on the Bang Tao Beach (first line) and the location of it was on the western side of the island so we could watch the sunset. Also the hotel is really eco friendly, you may find it even in the kits and toiletries. The girl at the reception was very helpful and thanks to guys helping with bags and luggage. We also enjoyed afternoon tea. Tiny things I didn’t like (1) the sound of the air con, for me it was a little bit loud, (2) expected various fruits for the breakfast not only litchi and dragonfruit.

If I could give SAii Phuket Laguna more than five stars, I definitely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The resort is outstanding in every way. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wonderful variety of choices. We also really enjoyed the complimentary activities offered by the resort, which made our stay even more special and enjoyable. A very special thank you to Helena, Lin, Dawi, and Tanya. They were incredibly friendly, cheerful, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and beautiful smiles made us feel truly welcome. Everything was exceptional, and I highly recommend this resort. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

AN ABSOLUTE PARADISE WITH JUST ONE SMALL DETAIL TO IMPROVE. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was close to perfect. The hotel grounds are stunning and incredibly well maintained. A huge thank you to the staff they are amazingly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is ideal, with direct access to a beautiful, wide sandy beach. We also loved the food and activities. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options. The lounge area was a perfect spot to relax during the midday heat and grab a tasty snack. If you like staying active, the hotel offers great activities, including yoga and Thai boxing classes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only small downside is the security regarding outside visitors. Since it connects to a public beach, we noticed random people walking straight onto the hotel grounds, using the outdoor showers, and enjoying the amenities that paying guests contribute a lot of money for. It would feel much safer and more exclusive if the hotel implemented a wristband system for guests. We noticed many other residents discussing this exact issue, so it is definitely something for the management to consider. Overall, it was a beautiful vacation, and we would highly recommend this place!We will be back.

Amazing hotel! Great for families and those with babies. We were traveling with 2 babies so we were mindful on the resort to book as there were countless in Phuket. Resort is in good location, nearby airport around 30minutes. Room was fantastic, they were renovated, and we had ocean view which was perfect. Service was great, warm and friendly. Food was good too - must try Butter chicken and Green curry plus their Thai coffee. Will come back!

I stayed at SAii Laguna in July this year for our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the room was beautiful and and so clean and comfortable. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the warmth of the service. I genuinely felt taken care of every step of the way. The little thoughtful touches from the staff made the experience feel so special! We had such a wonderful time and would definitely love to return to SAii Laguna again! A little late with the review, but the experience was so amazing that I had to share it haha! ❤️

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at SAii Laguna for 8 nights. The room was in excellent condition, and the resort grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed all the facilities, including the swimming pool, kids’ club, game room, and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. It was also great to have a Korean staff member available, which made our stay even more comfortable. We especially appreciated how convenient it was to make requests through the hotel app. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and were able to fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer.

I stayed at Saii Laguna for 4 nights with my husband and a 10 months old baby. The room was already prepared with a baby cot and some really cute baby toiletries. We took the Deluxe Lagoon view room. The room was decently sized with a big sun bed and a small balcony with patio. The staff quickly arranged for a baby bath tub as well. The entire team was quite prompt and helpful. The beauty of the property is its pool area and it's direct access to the beach. You can also request for basic amenities like towels, water, etc. via their app without any language barrier. The vegetarian green thai curry was delicious. The pizza could have been better. The entire team was very warm and always greeted with a smile. A special thanks to Chef Amit, Sion and Ao. The chef and the team made sure I did not face any issues with my baby's meals. We had a very relaxed and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this property for those who are looking to enjoy and unwind at the hotel.

Very good hotel. Service great with a constant smile of everyone who works there. No rush for loungers in the morning there's plenty..breakfast was great and the standard of room was spacious. In a complex it's a 10 mins work to the local town. Great for family's with a couple of good size pools.
