I chose Sri Panwa to propose to my girlfriend and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the Sri Panwa events team. I wanted to book the Tu Bar rounded platforms in particular to propose and Chris Phitaksin and his team were tremendously helpful in making the necessary arrangements to bring my vision to life. I had many questions about private activities at the resort and Chris and the events team were highly responsive and genuinely interested in making my experience an excellent one. I must admit, I sent them a lot of emails to ensure that my proposal went as smoothly as possible, and they responded to every single one in good time. I was thoroughly impressed with their world class service and can personally attest to this resort being one of the best in the world. A big big thank you to the team at Sri Panwa - I would 100% plan another event (like a wedding) here!

I had a really nice experience at Sri Panwa Phuket. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety of choices every morning.One thing I really appreciated was the hotel shuttle service, which made it very convenient to travel around different areas of the resort. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views everywhere you go. Overall, it was a very relaxing and memorable stay, and I would definitely love to come back again.

Overall a good choice in Phuket. Stayed in a 2 bed lux ocean view villa for 4 nights and on the positives it’s a good size with a large pool and some of the most amazing views in phuket. The resort is peaceful and private and although its quite hilly the tuktuks are easily available to get you around. There is a wide choice of food and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Baba nest is worth a sunset visit. Beach is small but nice enough. Some of the areas in need of improvement are that the villas are not luxury by luxury standards. Furnishing is quite old, bathrooms are dark and dingy and it needs a renovation. Staff are helpful but poorly trained with no management visible in 5 days and its evident. Checked in and out by a trainee isnt what you expect for 30k baht a night - forgot the refreshing towels, and you should not need to ask for a copy of the bill. Food is varied but average quality and service was mixed with some wrong orders, and food was generally far too salty.

Our stay at Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism and outstanding hospitality. The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly, attentive and discreet. Our pool villa was simply breathtaking – beautifully designed, incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a magnificent private pool that made the experience truly unforgettable. The attention to detail and the stunning views created a perfect sense of privacy and exclusivity. Sri Panwa is also an exceptional location for a wedding. The breathtaking views, elegant atmosphere and outstanding service make it a truly magical setting for such a special occasion. It is a place where unforgettable memories can be created. A special mention must also go to the excellent breakfast buffet. The selection was beautifully presented, high quality and offered something for every taste. Everything felt carefully selected and prepared. Overall, Sri Panwa is, in our opinion, one of the finest five-star hotels in Phuket. The combination of spectacular accommodation, exceptional service, an unforgettable location and genuine Thai hospitality makes this hotel truly special. Thank you to the entire Sri Panwa team for a wonderful and unforgettable stay. We will certainly return and can highly recommend Sri Panwa to anyone looking for an exceptional luxury experience in Phuket. ❤️🌴

Stayed in one of the pool villas. Amazingly beautiful and serene. Getting around via cart escort was not only comfortable but convenient. The private beach was small but secluded and private. One of the best properties I've been to in Thailand. Staff was all very kind and professional. Will definitely go back.

We booked Sri Panwa for August 2026 for a wedding ceremony as a wedding package (THB 148,800++/~$4,500). Sri Panwa offered multiple of options, but we chose to spend a minimum of (THB 450,000/~$13500). From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome drink while waiting for our villa to be ready. A special thank you to Annie, the Sri Panwa wedding assistant, who made our wedding experience so special. She is incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and open to ideas. We had a last-minute issue come up, and Annie immediately helped us resolve it. Annie is truly exceptional at what she does, and she deserves all the recognition for the care, dedication, and effort she puts into her work. Words cannot fully express how grateful we are for everything she did to make our special day so memorable. Our villa, LV17, was absolutely enormous and beautiful. It had a spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, along with a terrace, outdoor shower, jacuzzi, and private pool. The ocean views were breathtaking from every room, especially during sunrise and sunset. Waking up and ending the day with those views was one of the highlights of our stay. Sri Panwa offers a great variety of food, including sushi, Italian pasta, pizza, grilled beef, and other international options. Baba Soul Café was also a nice place to enjoy coffee and tea for a simple breakfast. We appreciated that each section of the resort had a reception area where we could ask questions or request assistance. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our wedding package included a one-hour couples massage, which Annie arranged for us. We chose the Baba Specialty Massage, a head-to-toe treatment using a mango sticky rice scrub for our feet and our choice of body oil. The massage was very relaxing, with a comfortable amount of pressure. To finish the experience, we enjoyed a jacuzzi filled with flower petals, which was such a nice touch. The scenery at Tu Bar, Baba Nest, and Baba Poolclub was extraordinary. Coming from an urban area in the States, we rarely get to see mountains and such clear water, so we were completely mesmerized by the views. Every location was beautiful and definitely photo-worthy. It felt like we were living in a postcard throughout our stay. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sri Panwa and had a wonderful experience. To make an already beautiful stay even better for future guests, we would suggest considering improvements to two areas: the lighting and the toilet facilities in the villas. Thank you, Annie, for making our special day so memorable! And thank you to the entire Sri Panwa team for being so helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our wedding experience at Sri Panwa was truly unforgettable, and we would happily recommend this resort to couples looking for a beautiful and memorable destination wedding.

Amazing hotel for calm vacation. Huge territory with great pools and nice private beach. Great service. Good clean rooms, well designed and well planned. Great outlets.

Checked into room PS19 on the west end, room was super humid and damp, bed was so damp it felt like sleeping on wet clothes. Air conditioning sounded like an engine hard to sleep. The outside balcony was super slippery due to the humid conditions you can really slip and hurt your side. The ladies at the front desk that night were super. I apologize but the girl whose name starts with a “D”, flawless English, had a smile and explained the room features very well. They changed our room to Yaya room, a little better but room was just as damp and bed sheets felt wet. Worse yet my gf was allergic to this dampness and her face was breaking out having allergic reactions after sleeping on the bed in the previous room. They brought a dehumidifier into the room, the tank fills up in 2 hrs so you know how bad the humidity is. Another young girl, I apologize again, her hair was split in the middle and had a ponytail, she was super also, arranged the room and saw my gf was upset about the allergic reaction to her face and my gf was saying in Chinese she wanted to check out, the lady understood the Chinese and understood the concern, I told the lady we will try this room for a night and if it’s still bad we would need to move to another hotel. 10:30am the next day after breakfast the room condition did not get any better and we talked to the front desk. Waited 45 mins for the manager to come, his name was King Urupong. He explained all the rooms were the same. He said no one ever complained, that we were the first. He recommend that he bring 5-6 dehumidifiers into the room, this guy is an absolute clown. He said no one ever complained about the dampness and he wanted me to have 5-6 dehumidifiers in the room. He said the hotel has 100% non-cancellation and non-refundable policy because it was booked via Trip.com. I told him I am a diamond plus top tier level on Trip.com and asked if they email the hotel to refund would that be ok, King said yes and that once I contact Trip.com to let the front desk to know to handle. I proceeded to contact Trip.com to process the cancellation and then also booked another hotel. When I was checking out the front desk that they wanted to confirm with King, I said sure. King then said that he did not agree to this and that he believes in himself. What does that mean I have no idea. I asked him to come down to speak to me again. The front desk said he was at the police station attending to his own personal manners. I spoke to him over the phone and he said nothing can be done and I asked him if I can speak to an assistant manager and he proceeded to hang up the phone. This guy shouldn’t even be a manager, has no managerial skills and lacks any customer attention, absolutely horrible. I hope no other hotel would even consider hiring this clown. He attends to his own personal manners first. Why are you busy attending to your own personal stuff during business hours. I have concluded his English is poor and he had no idea what he agreed too. Why would you leave if you agreed to 2 nights refund and then say no if you didn’t even handle the situation. I told the front desk he was lying and then King asked me if I booked another hotel yet. I said of course I did because you said ok and understood the situation. He then said 1 night refund. Originally it wasn’t possible and then he agreed 2 nights and now 1 night. I said this doesn’t work, I waited another 40 mins for the assistant manager to come and explained to him the situation and then he said we can refund you 2 nights and a lady manager will come to see me in 40 mins. The lady manager comes and said none of the managers said two nights refundable and all they can do is refund one night. I was speechless, wasted 3 hours and two male managers with poor English who shouldn’t even have managerial positions. The lady said the weather outside they cannot control and if in the room the air con is on 12 hrs then the bed sheets will be damp. Honestly if you turn off the air con you’re going to get mold. Maybe invest in some better infrastructure and air con, other hotels not like this in Phuket. I knew that I was not going to get anywhere and that we had to leave the hotel regardless because of my gf’s allergic skin condition to the temp in the room. I knew they weren’t going to pay for the dermatologist consultation either. For the two ladies that were excellent and their English communication was fantastic one of them even knowing Chinese they should be managers compared to the incompetent men. You ladies will never learn from these male managers whose English is so bad they don’t know what they agree too or say. If the lady manager has any clue she would promote these two ladies to managers. And if not, they should consider other high end hotels in Phuket where they will learn and grow and get paid better. If they can handle the zoo that is Sri Panwa they would flourish in a better environment serving more high end clients as they have all the ability to succeed. On a side note, I moved back to the hotel I originally stayed at, they immediately recognised me and was surprised to see me back. Even though last minute booking i paid a fortune the service at this hotel is excellent and they upgraded me both nights. This is attentive and fantastic service and will be a repeat customer. This goes to show a hotel that is just in it to make a buck and don’t care for the client experience and don’t care for repeat business, very short sighted. This is the worse absolute experience I have ever encountered and that is why I have made this post to let others know this is what you will experience at this hotel
