Google· a month agoGreat peaceful stay near Phuket's best beach! We stayed at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Resort and absolutely loved our experience! The resort is situated in a very quiet and picturesque area, well away from the noisy nightlife streets. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and feature extremely comfortable beds. The highlight for us was the lush grounds surrounded by an impressive network of swimming pools, making it easy to always find a serene spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of both Asian and European dishes. Getting to Nai Harn Beach takes about 10–12 minutes on foot past the lake, but the hotel also runs a convenient complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and always eager to assist with any request. We would happily stay here again!

Google· 7 months agoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. From the very first day, the experience was excellent — starting at the reception with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The service throughout the stay was top-notch. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was always spotless. The hotel has a huge territory with beautiful green gardens, relaxing music, and a great atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of food, and the bars serve excellent cocktails. The entire area of the hotel is very well maintained, full of greenery and very pleasant to walk around. The sea is a bit far to reach on foot, but this is not a problem because the hotel provides a free and convenient shuttle service. It takes only about 5 minutes to get to the beach, and the shuttle runs on a comfortable schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a calm and relaxing holiday, as well as for families with children. It’s a perfect place for a quiet and enjoyable vacation

Google· a month agoIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Fantastic facilities and rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The wrap around pool is amazing. Food at the Bua restaurant was exceptional. Special shout out to Noi. He's such a great guy and made our tay so enjoyable as did the rest of the staff. Breakfast buffet has so many choices. Free shuttle to the beach. It's a place you would fell happy to spend all of your time at. So many activities and events happening each night. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I will definitely return to the Wyndham Grand resort again. Thailand has been amazing and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return in the near future.

Tripadvisor· a month agoVery nice hotel. Even though this is a 5 star hotel, there are a few things I would like to mention. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. In some hotels, you can see little marks or signs that the rooms have not been properly maintained, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The toilet was a big plus, by the way! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I have to say, this was definitely the highlight of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and spending time by the pool was definitely not a punishment. It was actually one of my favourite parts of the stay. I do have a couple of remarks. The menu, both food and drinks, was overall quite expensive compared to what you would expect from other 5-star hotels. I tried the Thai street food “1-for-1” option. The food itself was delicious, but the way it was presented was quite different from what I expected based on the menu. In the end, we often chose to eat outside the hotel because we could get similar food for a much better price elsewhere. The pool is nice and relaxing, but it could definitely use a little more maintenance and cleaning around the sides. Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cleanliness and friendly service are very important to us, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. Overall, I would definitely give it a 9/10!

Google· 5 months agoReview of Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Hotel We stayed as a family (4 adults) in April 2026. The hotel is located a bit far from the sea, but there is a shuttle to the beach every hour. Overall impression — we really liked it and would definitely come back again! Room — we stayed in Building 19 on the ground floor (pool access). The room itself was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well (no damp smell, and it didn’t overcool the room). Having direct access to the pool at all times was a huge plus! We recommend choosing a room with access to the main pool rather than the one on the outer side of the building :) Service — when we first checked in, we were given rooms in a distant building with pool access on the back side (Building 10). We didn’t like that since all the activity was happening at the main pool. We went to the reception, and they moved us to a room by the main pool! Housekeeping was also excellent and timely — we would go to the beach in the morning and return around noon to a clean room, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was great. The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive to every table. The staff do not speak Russian, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Food — we only had breakfasts included, which was more than enough for us (there’s a great restaurant nearby, Avo Kitchen, highly recommended; there is also a 7/11 about a 10-minute walk away, which is not very convenient). Breakfast was good and quite varied, mostly traditional European cuisine. The only downside was the Eggs Benedict — the bread wasn’t toasted, there was no bacon, and the sauce was more sour than expected. Location — the hotel is somewhat remote, but that’s typical for Nai Harn Beach (most hotels there are like this). The hotel itself is quiet, and the territory is decent but mostly filled with pools, so there’s not much space for walking :) It’s also easy to get lost among the buildings, which can be a bit inconvenient. Infrastructure — the area is full of pools, so you can swim as much as you like :) The depth is not very big, only 1.3 meters. There’s a children’s pool near the reception. A shuttle to the beach runs every hour, and the schedule is available at the reception. Wi-Fi is stable, and the rooms have smart TVs. Summary: a wonderful hotel, convenient location, and fantastic rooms! We would definitely come back again :)

Google· a month agoMy experience at the wyndham grand Nai Harn was great! - food the food was really good, we had the breakfast buffet everyday. every night apart from two, we went to the Bua restraunt was very very good, and had many options to chose from, including very yummy mock tails 😋 an extra shoutout to Noi for our extra services and some good chats! Staff - once on the trip i felt really sick at breakfast and fainted outside and many staff rushed to my aid from their stations, getting me cold towels and cold water! 10/10! rooms- the rooms are spacious and made up nicely, although the ac made our room wet everywhere! all in all , the rooms were very comfortable from simone or seniorita awesome 🤠

Trip.com· 8 months agoWe stayed at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Phuket from 15–19 January, booking 4 rooms for a group of 8 people, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome along with a nice welcome drink, which set the tone for the stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even with a large group. The team thoughtfully allocated the rooms based on our preferences and provided extra towels without any hassle.The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay — always smiling and ready to assist.The rooms are spacious, very clean, and smell fresh, which we really appreciated. The bathroom is also large, well-designed, and includes a smart toilet seat. A small but memorable detail: the shower gel smells really nice and adds a premium touch to the experience.Breakfast was good, with a fresh fruit station every day, plus live omelette and pancake stations. While it was enjoyable, I personally felt it didn’t fully match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel — though it was still pleasant and well-organized.The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including dedicated pools for kids, which is great for families. We also noticed that some pools were warmer than others — not sure if this was intentional, but it was actually quite nice depending on the time of day.A big plus is the shuttle bus service to and from Nai Harn Beach, which makes getting around very convenient.Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would strongly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Google· a month agoOur family of four had a truly.wonderful time at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn hotel in September 2026. Wonderful pool, with swim up bar, very friendly and professional staff with a great level of service and warmth. Slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible with assistance from hotel staff, if needed. We liked this location very much. We would very happily stay here again and appreciated all the genuine attentiveness and care from all staff 🙏🙏🙏
