AT A GLANCE
Why go?
Creek Park in Dubai is a vast waterfront oasis along the Dubai Creek, offering families and tourists an idyllic escape from the city's fast pace. It is a mix of old and new Dubai, with traditional wooden boats (dhows) passing on the water beneath towering modern skyscrapers.
The park provides an array of attractions, such as cycling, the Dubai Dolphinarium, and a scenic cable car. With its greenery, picnic areas, and entertainment options, it's a great place to relax, take in scenic views, and enjoy a full day out.
What to know before you go
The entry fee to Creek Park is an affordable 5 AED for adults and children above the age of two (under-twos are free). The park operates cashlessly, so be sure to use your RTA Nol Card to pay.
The park is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and until 11:00 PM on weekends (Friday to Sunday). Free parking is available, and you can reach the park by taking a short 10-minute walk from the Dubai Healthcare City metro station.
Activities and experiences
One of the most popular attractions is the cable car. The ride takes you on a 2.3 km journey as high as 30 meters above the park, offering a bird's-eye view of the water and the skyline.
For families looking to spend an active day, Creek Park offers cycling tracks and rental bikes for up to four people. Kids will also love the mini train, funfair rides, and Children's City, an educational and hands-on indoor attraction.
