The hotel isn’t new, the furniture in the rooms isn’t modern.. paintings.. windows.. toilet, it’s all old style however, I had a pleasant stay, the room was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful

We have just spent 3 nights at the hotel across 4 rooms as family flew from the UK to spend time together. This is an excellent hotel and the location is brilliant for pretty much everywhere you might want to get to, whether the old town or the lesser town. Trams are close by with plenty of cafes, bars and the shopping centre just a few blocks away so something to suit all tastes. The 3 reception staff we met across the 3 days were excellent and so helpful and friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel this time but would next time we stay. The rooms have everythign you need inlcuding hairdryer and toiletries and the shower is hot and powerful. If you are in a room facing the front it is natural that you may hear some traffic or the trams but take ear plugs if you are a really sensitive sleeper! This didn't interupt our sleep and the beds are so comfortable and all of the family group commented on this. Exellent value for money overall and a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning! (We had rooms 27, 26, 14 (14 on the side of the building and the others facing onto the front) and 18 during our stay).

Very close to transportation, Near to Old Town Square and Iconic architecture buildings of Prague. Very accommodating and comfortable Stay it Was. Loved to Stay and will surely recommend.

Great for if you need a place just to sleep and spent most of your time outside - clean, simple no ifs and buts very affordable for the location.Very minimal service but for the basics this hotel was solid

I’m visiting from Poland and had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anette. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the excellent location, just a short walk to the Anděl metro station and public transport. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfasts were tasty and a great way to start the day. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would gladly return on my next trip to Prague. Excellent value for the price!

I stayed at Hotel Anette for one night and was overall very satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – a real plus during a hot summer day. The room was on the smaller side, and the furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was well-maintained and functional. For a short city stay, it was more than sufficient. What really stood out was the excellent value for money – the rate for the time of booking was almost unbeatable compared to other options in Prague. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate cleanliness and a practical location.

Despite the staff’s efforts to remain kind and professional throughout the process, my experience at Anette Hotel was quite poor. I was assigned the Garden Room, which I later discovered was located in the basement. This was already disappointing, but once I entered the room, several issues became apparent: 1) The heating was out of order and the room was freezing. Prague’s temperature was around -5°C at the time, and since they were unable to restart the heating, they eventually provided a small portable heater. 2) The internet connection did not work. 3) There were two beds in the room, but only one had been made. It was unclear where my friend was supposed to sleep. 4) When I tried to use the sink, the drainage system was faulty and the water would easily overflow. After discussing these problems with the staff, they agreed to change my room for the following night. Although the new room was significantly better (albeit very small), the internet connection still did not work properly. Overall, I do not think the cost–quality ratio was acceptable. I would not stay here again unless significant renovations are undertaken, as many basic things simply do not work.

Very good hotel, cheap and central with parking possible nearby. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. In general quiet, we were just unfortunate to have the AC broken in our room and that disturbed us at night. Fortunately there was 24h reception and the staff was very kind to help us solve this problem in the middle of the night. The cute hotel cat is a plus to stay here!
