Location is accessible to sites but that comes at a price. Service was good. Room is smaller than pictures suggest. We got into Rome around noon and they let us check in early which is helpful since it's total chaos on the streets if you have bags. Sadly, after we got back to the room around 8:30pm we discovered the AC didn't work. The staff goes home at 6p. We called the number and was able to talk to someone but they were not able to resolve the issue which meant we had a hot room all night. There are windows but our room was on an ally and the street noise and people walking at all hours of the night is deafening....I'm not exaggerating. We're talking in the neighborhood of 90 decibles. A service person did show up at 8am only to confirm that the ac was broken. The mgmt did offer to comp our stay which we appreciate.

The location was the only real positive. It was great being able to take long walks to the monuments and explore the city on foot. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We stayed for six days (27/12-1/1) and during that time the bed sheets were never changed, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was not enjoyable and was served in the room, which was inconvenient and not what we expected. The internet did not work for the entire stay, and as a result our cell phones were also unusable, causing significant inconvenience. We had prepaid our stay, and we were promised a 10% discount as compensation for the internet breakdown. To this day, the amount has not been refunded, and despite multiple attempts, our emails remain unanswered. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of basic services, proper housekeeping, and follow-up on commitments significantly affected our experience.

Honest Review: can't beat via del Corso Home for the price. Location was everything, we were able to walk to all the major sites (side note, we walked to the Vatican but in hindsight probably should have taken a taxi as it was alot of walking coupled with the tour). Otherwise, the staff were very friendly/helpful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast to the room was a nice touch too. My only two small issues were the AC wasn't as cold as we would have liked it to be (but the room was by no means warm) and the shower water didn't stay entirely in the tub and pooled up in spots on the tile around the outside and even got on the floor. Poor design but I don't think it's the B&B's fault. This doesn't change my opinion of the review though, I'd stay here again and again.

The staff was incredibly kind and warming. We loved the breakfast and the location! Short few minutes walk to an abundant amount of attractions! Huge recommendation if you’re looking for an inexpensive but incredibly convenient place to stay! We were also here on June 2nd, Italy republic day, and being right on the Via Del Corso street, we had an amazing view of the airplanes overhead. All in all, it was a great experience! The restaurant opposing was definitely a place to revisit as well! The location is such a gem and offered us so much time to just simply walk to all the attractions! It’s definitely a place I’ll come again too!

Hotel has a brown door beside Batix.shop. This is really a house that has 8 units only. |They will give you a traditional key for the room, card key for the lights and another key for the main brown door. Reception is only 8am to 6pm. |Checkout is 10am. |Few days before arrival they will email u to make sure they can assist u on the best option they can give u. Wifi internet is slow for me at the bedroom. |Living room is ok. Breakfast is delivered every morning to your room which is ample. 1st day our ceiling got water leak during their cleaning but it was sorted out. The next day we hand wash our clothes and place them on the towel warmer but the electricity outlet is not working so we let it be. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out and plug the towel warmer into another working outlet and now it works. Thank you for the care. |However she forgot to give us bath towels so we use the medium size ones ;) Love the unit coz it has a separate dining living room area. Separate bedroom and 2 separate bathroom. |We already experience living in a Rome house ;)|Although there's only one window and overlooking is somebody else's rubbish etc on another roof. Place is a good location. |Take bus 81 to Vatican. Bought bus tickets at a tabachhi shop for eur1.50 Walking distance to all nice fountains like the Navona, Pantheon etc. So many nice catholic churches. From Roma termini train station take bus 40 or 64. |20 mins travel to hotel. |Bus tickets u can buy at the bus terminal which is walking distance from termini. Overall good stay. |I recommend this place.

Loved the location near all of Rome’s most memorable sites! We easily walked everywhere from this Via Del Corso property. And in this Covid time, having a pharmacy for the rapid test(must be taken the day before one’s return flight to US), nearby is a huge bonus(turnaround results in 10 min for 22Euros). The property is beautifully renovated; modern, lovely decor reception & front desk. The rooms are outstanding. Due to our extending our stay, we stayed in 2 rooms, the very spacious, exceptional Deluxe Jr Suite with the spa bathroom that we loved and the lovely, modern standard room. Both had the most comfortable mattresses and linens of our 5 weeks in Italy. Everything is top quality. The daily breakfast served in the room is over the top in quality & quantity. Loved the cappuccinos, the fresh fruits, juice, bread, sweets, ham cheese, & so much more. This definitely added to our Italy weight gain. The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating in every way. Excellent English by the way! The property is an amazing value. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed here with my partner for 4 nights and couldn't fault the place. Absolutely great spot. Was very convenient for us as it was only 5 minute walk to trevi fountain and less than 10 minute walk to pantheon, Spanish steps and colosseum and also situated on main shopping street which was a plus. Staff were fantastic and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Place was super clean. 10/10, will definitely be staying here again when we're back in the near future 😃
