Nice little hotel. It is on the older side, but has a good morning breakfast, great water pressure. There is no elevators to the second floor rooms, so book a first floor if you can't deal with one flight of stairs. There is a lot of parking but a little confusing all the spots you can park. Staff was very friendly, there is no air-conditioned and there is some street noise if you need to open a window.

Short distance to city center. Rooms are nice size for couple. Toilets are bit dated, ours was lack of heating. Shower water pressure is good and water is hot too. Room has mini fridge, cattle and tv. Rooms don't have sound proofing. Road side rooms are effect by busses. Breakfast is standard Finnish hotel style. We did not try sauna. There is heating box available for car heating. Some of the rooms you can extend them with next room. Our visit was in the middle of winter so I am not sure how hot rooms are in summer without ac. Internet is good quality, you can watch YLE arena without problems with you mobile device. Tvs has crome cast option available.

I stayed in the Apartment, and the building is just behind of the main hotel. Easy to do check in and out, the parking just next to the building. The apartment has everything and quite good wifi connection!

The breakfast isn't good; it's the same thing every day. I stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago, and it's the worst hotel in Rovaniemi. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you want to waste your money on terrible service, this is the place for you.

We stayed in the apartments. They were very clean and comfortable and I loved the sauna! The staff upon check in were really friendly, we will come again! Great surroundimgs

Nice hotel located close to the city center on one of the main streets. It has all the conveniences, including a sauna. Helpful staff, check in and checkout went smoothly. Could have been warmer in the room. Plus the tv has almost only local Finnish-speaking channels. A little noisy in the rooms too, you can easily hear what your neighbors next door are talking about… or doing.

The room is basic but comfortable. There is a very strong bad smell coming from the bathroom which makes it difficult to stay in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again solely because of the smell.

First time in aakenus is last time in aakenus. Every hotel and even motels are better than this. 30€ dinner. If this the didnt included it in hotel price dont never take it.. well it fills your stomach . Go any other restaurant here in rovaniemi. i dont know how they manage to keep these prices, at same price level you can go to lapland hotel or santas hotels, and those are way cleaner, newer and better. Plus for sauna but its good in santas and lapland hotels also.
