Great location, not far from the city. If you like nature and calm, this is great. Better book a private room(cabin/ chalet) with Washroom if you want completely silence. Pity that food deliveries don't deliver there after 20hrs.

I don’t recommend this hotel. First, there was a big discrepancy between my reservation and a room they provided when we checked in. My reservation was a room for 4 with private bathroom and sauna and so on but the room we saw was shared bath room without sauna. I told them that we got completely different type of room and showed a detail reservation but they didn’t believe us and they just said that was an issue with third party like Expedia or booking.com. Immediately I called the third part but they were sure that my reservation was correct. So I guess the hotel was doing something wrong on purpose.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, the location is ok, not far from Santa village and the airport. You have to pay extra for the bedding (sheets/pillow case) and towels. The mattress and pillows weren't overly clean (stains and hairs), the sheets we paid for didn't feel overly clean. |We staying in one of the self contained cabins which had a very small kitchen area with some very basic equipment, the shower room was ok, small covered deck area at the front. The beds were comfy, there was a small sofa, table and chairs, fridge freezer and TV. The place didn't feel overly clean at all so wasn't on overly comfortable stay. The place was warm, the view out of the window was of the small pond in the middle. You can park your car in front of the cabin which was good.

The bedsheets and towel had extra charge. You may need to bring your own. The hot water not working well although they said it works. Luckily, we only rent for a night!

We rented 2 nights in this small holiday wooden shed area. It is located by the main road, hard to miss. Bedsheet linen and towel is optional to rent @€10/set. We located at room 21, very quiet and the inside room is warm but smell old /odour from old thin mattresses/duvet and sofa bed. It has also had an uneven ground drop to divide kitchen area and bedroom but at a weird position. It could causing sprain ankle as if you not being careful since the drop was hidden under carpets. The kitchen facilities were brilliant but only as if having fan extraction. We had to let the main door open to get rid of cooking smell. Fridge is working brilliantly, bathroom powerful hot water and tv as well. In overall, this place is good for budgeted traveler’s with or without car (can call taxi) and ideally only for short trips.

As a base close to Rovaniemi, this place offers great value. We stayed in the 'apartment with a terrace'- essentially a very compact one bedroom cabin the size of a one bed caravan in the UK- for 3 nights in late November 2025. The accommodation consisted of 2 single beds (same dimensions as UK caravan singles) and a sofa bed in the lounge which is really only suitable for an adult and a small child at a squeeze. I understand they have an alternative with 4 single beds which may be better if you have slightly older kids but it doesn't come with a sauna in the shower like ours did. There were two small radiators set to 22c in the lounge and bedroom but the the place would have been absolutely freezing had it not been for the fireplace, which saw a lot of use as it was touching-20 c during our stay. You can buy small bags of wood in reception for €10 but DIY shops in town sell larger bags for far less. Bear in mind the heating shuts off when the sauna is on so avoid using the latter for long periods. Sheets and towels cost €10 pp and can be reserved in advance. Due to the location, a rental car is indispensable if staying here but beware of speed cameras on the E75 in both directions near the hotel.

Spent a few nights there and for a short stay it was nice. Our only problem was, as a group of five there were not enough beds for us, the supposed "double bed" was rather a "one-and-a-half bed". Otherwise it was fine, with kitchen, 2 rooms and a sauna.

We had an amazing time here 🥹 It’s not far from Santa’s Village, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr Mihail, who truly went above and beyond for us. We originally planned to stay just one night but ended up extending our stay to four nights. The area is quiet, peaceful, and chilled, perfect for relaxing, switching off, and being fully in the moment. We would absolutely love to come back again ❄️ You can even see the Aurora from here, which was magical (unfortunately it clashed with our last day!) The only downside is the lack of proper food facilities. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
