A beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent close to everything, including malls, restaurants, and tour offices, which saves a lot of time and money on transportation. The hotel has a lovely view overlooking the lively city center while still being peaceful and quiet. The breakfast is varied, although adding an omelette station would be a great improvement. The room has a modern design, but I personally felt it could be a little warmer and more intimate to match the charm of the small city. Room requests were also a bit slow. One wonderful detail I really appreciated was the bidet spray next to the toilet, which was a great and very convenient addition. Overall, a lovely stay with a fantastic location and welcoming staff.

Stayed one night at Santa Claus hotel. Very convenient location. Restaurant is good and so is breakfast!Travelled during non peak season so hotel was quieter.Arrived very early in the morning and was able to get early check in and an upgraded room! Sauna is nice.Towel rack in the bathroom is a towel warmer.

We are so glad of having chosen Santa Klaus Hotel, especially because the kindness we received by Hanna Taipale. She patiently solved a problem we had with breakfasts the morning we had to go to our country. She managed to arrange some boxes with snacks and sandwiches for us. We are so grateful that this hotel chooses caring and hard-working people who don´t mind going the extra mile to make guests as comfortable as possible. Undoubtedly, we will recommend this hotel. Great central location, and our room had a lovely outlook over the ice skating rink. Our room was quiet.|The room was spacious, bathroom also roomy with a shower over the bath and heated floor. Room included a safe and kettle (which could only be plugged in on the floor!)|I like that there are recycle bin options provided near the lifts.|Breakfast was chaos at all times (we went at various times.) The staff did not seem happy antbreakfast, and no plates were cleared from the tables until guests left. Perhaps this is their policy, but tables get crowded with used plates and bowls. I would suggest if they spread the buffet spread out into the adjacent vacant room, it would feel less chaotic and crowded.|Overall an enjoyable stay and loved the location.

Beautiful place at the heart of the city. Clean room nice food and friendly staffs. very accommodating personnel from reception, housekeeping to the restaurant. As we traveller in the coldest country we need to carry a little bit of big luggage with us. And as a little old somehow we need some assistance for a luggage. With that I just wanted to highlight the guy who works at the housekeeping for his generosity of helping us.(Jeo) His service of excellence is one of a kind. Very accommodating, smilingly and ready to help for someone who needed.

Our room is large and cozy. . The temperature inside is great, and you call get around with thin clothes. The shower is great and lighted, the only issue is that there's only a combined soap/shampoo so if you need something special bring your own.

Only a 30min transfer from the airport which is a godsend with 2 youngsters!The hotel is grand in Architecture and the rooms are clean and well furnished. 2 adults and 2 kids was 2 singles pushed together and a fold out bed for the kids which was more than adequate. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast however more tailored to the continental style, always nice to try something different and the kids had plenty for fruit and pancakes! The only real negative was the strict 3pm checkin especially when we arrived at 1pm after a 1am start we were ready to get to our room. Overall really good hotel

A hotel that you must stay in order to experience the real feel of Santa Claus village!it is found in the center of Rovaniemi,just on the corner of the famous Lordi square.Rooms are excellent and there is no room for improvement!Breakfast is also nice with many options and the personnel kind,friendly and helpful!5/5 without second thought!
