The most amazing home made breakfast every morning. The staffd is soo nice and professional. They made sure everybody is welcomed and having fun staying at their beautiful hotel.

We love this place. Our room was modern and spacious. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. They provided cake and coffee for tea time on the house. Location was quiet. Parking is easy. Just short drive to many nice restaurants.

A spotlessly clean and modern small hotel with the best wardrobe storage I have ever experienced! A lovely walk into Rovinj by the coastal path or by the easy to follow road. The hot tub was perfect for soothing aching limbs after long sightseeing walks. A cold beer on the terrace was delightful. Variety at breakfast was a surprise each morning…sprouts for breakfast was a first but I am converted! Thoroughly recommend the hotel.

This hotel exceeded expectations.|Lovely welcome , and a hot drink offered whilst we waited for our room ahead of when we should have had it.|The hotel is clean, contemporary and you can tell how well it is looked after. |Our room was immaculate with a lovely shower room, fluffy towels and dressing gowns.|We had a lovely little balcony too with a table and chairs.|The pool area is immaculate and the heated pool inviting.|We borrowed cycles for the day too at no extra cost.|A 15 minute quiet walk into gorgeous Rovinj with its wealth of restaurants and bars - just beautiful.|Breakfast was good.|Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing two-day stay at this beautiful and tranquil hotel. The experience started with a fantastic breakfast that included everything you could possibly want. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and bikes are available if you want to explore more of the coastline. The city center is also within walking distance, about 30 minutes away. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rovinj!

All amazing! Great location - just close enough and far enough from the city center. Opposite to a great natural park Rooms - spacious, well maintained, attention to detail (first time I finally find a hotel with enough hangers everywhere), nice balcony with view, shower and bathtube Structure - very nice boutique hotel with swimming pool and nice breakfast that you can take outside in front of the pool (we were unlucky with the weather but otherwise it is possible). There is also parking for the guests, but even in the busy months there is a big (I guess public) parking close by Owner + staff - all very helpful, nice and polite Thanks a lot for everything!

We absolutely loved Residence Vaal. Both the rooms and comon area's are of high standards, very stylish and modern and we had a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool is quite small but lovely. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. It's quite a walk into town though so we usually drove and parked just outside the center of Rovinj. Would love to come back sometime!

Small boutique hotel with c20 rooms, a pool, and the best breakfast we had on our trip. We loved our stay here, comfortable stylish rooms, great shower, quiet but effective air con, and a lovely treat as it was my partner’s birthday. |It’s a bit further out of town, but we didn’t mind the 25 min walk in and taxis are available if you’re too tired to head back.|Snacks available through the day - such as home made biscuits or cake - not loads but nice if you get peckish. Great cold water too, which was really refreshing in the heat.
