The Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is one of the most charming hotels we have stayed at in Europe. The hotel was especially pleasant not only becuse of the location and accommodations, but in large part because of the kind and helpful staff. The hotel magager, who seerved as our concierge, seemed to know everyone in town. He arranged transport from the airport in Pula to the hotel, told us where we could get our clothing laundered for less than the usual hotel prices, and is even shipping back an item I forgot at the hotel at no charge.|Our room itself beautiful but not always practical. it was a stylishly restored apartment furnished with trendy Italian design and fixtures. While luxuriously appointed and strikingly fashionable, it was at times less than conducive to just flopping down..For example, the liquor and wineglass storage unit and coffee bar was beautiful and useful. But the benchlike couch was up on a platform, and the platform floor in front of the door was a tripping hazard when leaving the bathroom. The windows, which look out on the Rovinj harbor, offer a view of the sunset over the beautiful Adriatic. However, there are no curtains, so if you want to sleep in and keep out the beautiful morning Mediterranean light, you need to learn how to operate the window and shutter latches. While ingenious, the mechanisms had a learning curve for us Americans. The most important feature of any hotel room is the bed, where we spent most of our indoor time. Commendably, it was large and very comfortable for all purposes..|A continental breakfast is included, served restaurant style. The selections are appetizing, served by waiters, but it is not like the huge buffet offered typically at other European hotels.|One of the best reasons to stay at the Palazzo Storico is its location. It is in the old town, very convenient to the outdoor market, the square and the harbor, but it is just outside the zone teeming with -- other, if you want to be honest -- tourists.|Overall, Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is an excellent choice it you want an authentic and comfortable experience of the Old Town in Rovinj.

Hotel Spirito was a great hotel from the moment we arrived. Service was exceptional and the staff extremely pleasant. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The location just outside of the busy Old Town is great as you are close to things without the noise. Nice touches such as free bottled water and soft drinks is really nice. Having their own parking and shuttle cart along with a driver if you need it is really nice. Their driver Ivan is a rock star.

Our stay at Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico was absolutely wonderful. The location is truly exceptional — right inside Rovinj’s beautiful old town, surrounded by the historic atmosphere that makes the city so magical. Since cars are not allowed inside the old town, the hotel provides an excellent golf cart transfer service to and from the parking area, which makes handling luggage incredibly easy and convenient. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed with a lovely glass of perfectly chilled white wine — such an elegant and thoughtful touch. The rooms are beautiful, charming, cozy, and very comfortable, perfectly blending historic character with modern comfort. The towels deserve a special mention: unbelievably soft and luxurious. Breakfast was also very good, with quality products and a delightful atmosphere. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. A truly special hotel and easily one of the best ways to experience the charm and authenticity of Rovinj.

The location is fabulous - just a few mins from everything. The hotel itself is lovely, quite funky, clean and smells lovely. We experienced three different rooms - the basic room on the first floor was our favourite. I don’t think a suite is worth the money. Breakfast is good and Laurena who looked after us was a delight. The best thing about the hotel is the guys who manage reception and general queries. They were fantastic and truly went over and above. Nothing was a problem and everything was done with a genuine smile. Thank you.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Rovinj full of charm and character. Our room was on the top floor with a sea view and verandah. The staff were nice esp Marin who was amazing from day 1. A wonderful stay in beautiful Croatia .

An amazing hotel, and a very convenient location in Rovinj. Their service was outstanding and the views were incredible. A room with perfect it stayed true to the character of the building, but with modern amenities and touches. We loved the elevator in the room.

We loved our stay from the 9th to 13th June.|Met and transported by Marin who welcomed us and took around this unique town accommodation.|Room had everything and more that we needed with a beautiful view of the Rovijni skyline.|Breakfast a highpoint with wonderful and attentive staff and a great selection of freshly cooked fare on offer|We loved our short stay in a beautiful town and in my opinion wonderful town based accommodation and were so sorry we had to leave earlier than anticipated.
