I will remember our stay at Eunice hotel for a long time - it was simply exceptional and a wonderful experience. The check-in was personal and welcoming, and there were personal touches made for my birthday which I appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in - it felt like Eunice have invested in some seriously premium mattresses. We were invited to drive our car right to the front door of the hotel, and were given the option of either valet or public parking, both convenient options. The breakfast was a relaxing, unique experience. We have certain dietary requirements which we explained at check-in, and the breakfast team were already aware of these and tailored the breakfast tasting menu accordingly. We stayed one night for a treat which was well worth it.

Absolutely stunning hotel in every way and probably one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Beautiful boutique hotel with just 13 rooms. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious and smelt simply lovely. The private terrace overlooking the cosy hotel patio area was also a lovely touch. The breakfast experience is really something to cherish and makes your stay feel even more special and luxurious. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and we would especially like to thank Andre, Senia and Nicole for making our stay so special they are so lovely. The hotel is so well situated in the heart of Salamanca it is so easy to get around the city from the hotel. When we return to Salamanca we will most certainly be staying again at the Eunice, simply superb 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was a return visit to Eunice Hotel Gastronómico and once again it reminded us why this is such a special place. It is not only the location in the historic heart of Salamanca, the beautiful setting, or its gastronomic concept-it’s the extraordinary level of attention and hospitality. The care began before our arrival. They contacted us in advance For directions, luggage. Iona at the front desk deserves special recognition, so attentive to Everything we needed. Breakfast is the highlight of EUNICE , SILVIA made our mornings Memorable. She is perfect. What impresses is the consistency of the service. Eunice manages to combine gastronomy,comfort, location , personal hospitality. Eunice is an experience in itself. We cannot wait to return. The best!!!!

This hotel is truly exceptional. From the public spaces to the rooms, the property is impeccable. The design work is fantastic through all of the furnishings and design elements. The food and the staff were absolutely amazing. Between asking where to sight see or getting a table at a nice restaurant they will assist you however they can and were extremely nice and inviting. You can tell that the manager and staff are all on the same page and have a strong interest in making your stay memorable. The food... wow. To be completely honest after staying here, I would not even look at other hotels in the area. This one shares a block with a castle and has the perfect location far enough but close enough to Salamanca's Plaza Mayor.

This is a wonderful small hotel in the very city center of Salamanca. The building is amazing, all the areas are very well decorated and extremely clean. The hotel has a wonderful, small, and quiet garden. The staff is also amazing, very friendly and really really attentive to the guests. Rooms are perfectly clean. Unfortunately, we have not tried the restaurant, so we cannot evaluate that part. I just have two small remarks: 1) In room 11, there is this persistent noise from a kind of machine that keeps connecting and disconnecting. So, if you are a sensitive person to noise, you may find it difficult to sleep with such noise. 2) We took the 'long breakfast' option all the days of our stay, although in the 2nd and 3rd days (we stayed 3 nights) we opted to exclude the salted part of it (basically a plat of cured ham, one salted cookie, and a kind of 'chorizo patê', and we never tried the eggs benedict (as we do not appreciate eggs cooked that way). Excluding that 'salted' and egg part, I have to say that, for a hotel like this, breakfast is indeed kind of 'minimalist' and no alternatives are offered to guests (if you exclude something, as we did). The amount of yogurt is like 2 spoons, the amount of granola is like 1 and a half spoons, 4 slices of bread, a bit of butter, a plate with some fruit, 4 small 'cakes,' and jam and honey (these quantities for 2 persons). Not very much, really, unless you want to eat 'jamon' at breakfast and you like eggs Benedict. I think that - since there is a 'chef' cooking the eggs and making the toasts on site - some other ways of cooking eggs could be offered to guests, as well as a bit more quantity of bread, fruit, yogurt, and granola. Like it is it is indeed 'minimalist' and kind of 'imposing' some type of food to guests. Anyway, all in all it was a good stay and the hotel is really lovely.

The property and accommodation is first rate. The staff were friendly and professional. |Room and bathroom perfect and location of the hotel in the town could not be faulted. The provision or the ability for valet parking was appreciated.|We did find that having the only option for breakfast in the garden was not convenient and the closure of the dining room at the time of our stay was very unfortunate.|The gastronomic breakfast was delightful but somewhat confusing in its delivery.

4 nights in this delightful hotel where the staff do not just make you feel welcome, they actually care about you. The 'desayuno' in the garden is a real treat. It is very central to everything and only a few minutes away from the university. One bit of advice would be to book a garden room as the street ones can get a tad noisy on special events (spaniards do know how to party!), otherwise, enjoy your relaxing stay!

This small 17-room gastronomy hotel is special because of the chef owner, amazing staff, and great location! We were welcomed with Cava as we checked in, had a lovely handwritten note in our room w/sweet treats. Beautiful needlepoint throughout, lovely patio outside of our room. Make room for 10 course wine pairing meal and the chef's breakfast experience.
