Clean room and all well considering the price as a fast one day stop. Will come again to Salamanca and will use same stay as it’s ideal in city center and close to restaurants and cafes. Also close to the city main square that is very impressive

Very simple but convenient stay and only sleep at night. Don't expect much but it is right at the center of the city.

Tiny rooms and tiny bathroom. It's perfect for a few hours sleep. The staff was very polite and helpful

And this despite a sign clearly stating "smoke-free zone" at the entrance. We asked for a solution and were told they could only cancel our stay. I had already paid for parking they recommended, and at that hour, it was impossible to find other accommodation on a Saturday night. After two hours of airing out the room, it still smelled of tobacco, and to make matters worse, the cleanliness was nonexistent. The floors were dirty and unswept, with pipes scattered about. The only bedside table in the room was covered in hair, dirt, and a whitish liquid that we'd rather not identify. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. We have photos and videos. The white walls were covered in stains. Frankly, it was extremely unpleasant. This stay is in no way what it's advertised to be, and we are not happy with the price we paid. Just as we must comply with rules and payments, the least that is expected in such a small space is that it is clean and does not smell of tobacco. Ya había pagado un parking que ellos nos recomendaron y a esas horas nos fue imposible encontrar otro alojamiento un sábado noche. Después de dos hora ventilando aún seguía oliendo a tabaco y para mejorar aún las cosas, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Suelos sucios sin barrer con pipas por el suelo. Y la única mesilla de la habitación tenía pelos, suciedad y un líquido blanquecino que preferimos no saber que era. El baño olía muy fuerte a tubería. Tenemos fotos y vídeos. Las paredes blancas llenas de manchas. Francamente muy desagradable. No me parece para nada una estancia acorde con lo que se anuncia y no estamos conformes con el precio que hemos pagado por ello. Igual que nosotros debemos cumplir unas normas y pagos lo mínimo que se espera en un habitáculo tan pequeño es que esté limpio y no huela a tabaco.
