Our stay at the Vincci Ciudad hotel was comfortable and uncomplicated. We were there for one week at the end of May. The greeting at reception was friendly and the check-in was fast. The location was perfect for us, with just a 20-minute walk over the historic Puente Romano bridge to the city center. The rooms were nicely designed, well-kept and comfortable. The beds were of a high quality. All the facilities were in working order, including in the modern and well-appointed bathroom. A nice surprise was the breakfast. In comparison to some hotels in Spain of the same category and quality, this breakfast met our taste and expectations as close to 100% as you can get: excellent coffee—cappuccino on request, eggs, bacon, sausage, tortilla, a very good selection of (ripe and sweet) fruits, orange and pineapple juice, cereals, yogurt, bakery goods including croissants, white and whole-grain breads, churros and other sweets, homemade cakes, etc. There was really only one small point which we could recommend to the management for improvement. We booked a junior suite. The bedroom part could have better lighting. There was no light behind the armchair for reading and the bedside lamps were also too dim for reading in the evening and consisted of the cool white light instead of the warmer yellow-white lighting. In general, the lighting in that junior suite could be improved. This was not a major issue for us, however it seems like a point which could be addressed at a very low cost to the hotel.

Welcoming staff, front of house and bar/restaurant are excellent, the barman with the beard is energetic and very good with his trade. definitely recommended, great food and rooms too. clean and hospitable definitely recommended

Stayed at Vincci Ciudad De Salamanca while traveling across Spain, the facility stands among the best ones I have stayed in before, whether here in Europe or in the USA, very friendly staff, clean room and very quiet residential area. bravo !!! keep up the good work

This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed. All the staff make you feel welcome and relaxed, very helpful and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and a good size as well as the bathrooms. The bar is a nice place to relax in the evening and very comfortable. I had the breakfast buffet and good value for money and lots of choices so would recommend taking advantage of that. Relaxing and comfortable stay, will be going back.

Very pleasant stay and great value. More of a good three star than four star hotel. A little walk into centre or very cheap taxi. Safe underground parking for extra charge. Doesn't really have a proper restaurant but snack bar better than it sounds. Will return as not enough time here. Salamanca is so beautiful.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, totally professional. The breakfast catered for everyone and had an excellent variety of food. The evening food was very good, much better than a “snack bar”. Rooms were excellent, clean fresh, white towels and all the amenities that we wanted, even a telephone in the bathroom !|Private underground secure parking, (about 13 euros a night), however, the area around the hotel was very safe.|10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, lots to see and many places to eat and drink.|Would definitely recommend this hotel.
