Loved this hotel. We stayed in their newer building. Rooms were unexpectedly spacious, clean and nice. We had attached balcony spreading from the bedroom to seating area. Beautiful hotel in a calm location. Bus stop is at walking distance.

Considering the price of the rooms and standard of hotel, I did not appreciate the ‘self check in’ system. It was long winded, not straight forward if you had two rooms booked under the same reservation but they chose to muddle the details up so we had to work out what name went with what DOB etc. What happened to customer service? Check out was easier The suite rooms were amazing and we loved the beds and pillows. Immaculate, modern, comfortable, spacious, own balcony etc. parking was €20 per night (something like that).which we always detest given that we are staying at the hotel. Overall, a lovely venue that we would definitely recommend.

Four football fans stayed for one night recently. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the centre of Salzburg and has a great outdoor space to enjoy a coffee/drinks. Rooms were clean and additional towels were provided upon request. Excellent staff who were friendly and efficient. In fact they went above and beyond to help a couple of lads who were looking for somewhere to eat late at night. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly efficient staff and excellent breakfast- but not a four star hotel. No bathrobes, no slippers, no daily water bottles in the room and no bathroom vanity kit/toiletries. Overpriced for a four star hotel so it fits in the 3 star category.18 euros for daily parking was a bit steep as well compared to other hotels. Loved the location but for the price I would stay at a true four star hotel on our next visit to Salzburg.

Upon checking into Room 402 on August 17th, the air conditioning was out of order. A tall male receptionist at the front desk told me to simply open the window—while it was thundering, windy, and pouring rain outside. I truly appreciate his clever and practical advice; it really gave me a taste of how Austrians solve problems.🙃

First time staying in this hotel. Location is just right from our stand point due to our tour operator arrangement. The front reception is pleasant, clean and inviting. Rooms are clean, pleasant and modern of current styles. The food from the restaurant is tasty, well presented. The food waiting staff was attentive, fast and accommodating.

Rooms are newly renovated and very nice. Service seemed indifferent to requests. Breakfast was fine. Fitness center does not have 24 hour access and opens at 8am which is unacceptable to me.

Lovely rooms, great location, and good service. Most importantly, they made sure I had great vegan food for breakfast every single day. The manager in charge of the breakfast was fantastic, highly knowledgeable about vegan needs, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
