Great stay at Cascadas with a group of five friends. We had a suite with two bedrooms and a living room and even had a working fireplace! Beautiful and very friendly service - David is great. The swimming pool is warm and there is a 24-hour game room with billiards, foosball, ping pong and grills. This place is perfect for a group of friends or a family reunion. We had a great stay.

My wife and I along with another couple were in Chapelco for a couple of nights and stayed in one of their 2 bedroom cabins. Overall cleanliness is very good, the staff super friendly. The facilities were first class and the apartment itself was nicer and more spacious than the photos I saw online. The level of service is what really sets it apart. The staff was quick to help with anything we needed and always very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking.

We were here for almost a week with our young daughter and were very happy with our stay. I had considered more expensive places that were a bit fancier looking but was happy with our choice. The apartments are even nicer than they look online, and provide a ton of space for good value. The owners are super friendly and helpful, the hotel is really well-located, within a few blocks of the main drag and close to a grocery store. The kitchen is really well equipped, making it easy to self-cater. I was a little wary when I booked and was asked to provide a deposit, but I think this is common in San Martin, and there was absolutely no problem wiring a small deposit to the owner. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in this corner of the world!
