Coliving Compostela was the perfect place to stay after finishing the Camino de Santiago. I was looking for somewhere that offered both privacy and a sense of community – and this place delivered exactly that. I had my own private bedroom with a bathroom, while still being able to enjoy shared spaces like the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and a multipurpose room where yoga classes are sometimes held. The concept is very modern and practical. There are no physical keys or cards to worry about – you simply use a code to enter both the main door and your room. I really appreciated not having to stress about losing a key after such a long journey. Eva, the owner, was incredibly supportive and attentive. She contacted me several times with clear instructions on how to access the property and to make sure I arrived safely. That personal care made me feel very welcome. The space itself is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with an artsy minimalist touch. My room was spacious and had a beautiful wooden desk that added warmth to the modern design. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and it even seemed like the room was serviced daily, which was a lovely bonus. The location is also very convenient — only a 10–15 minute walk from the Cathedral and the bus/train station. There are plenty of useful facilities nearby, including supermarkets, a self-service laundry, and even a waxing studio right next door. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly enjoyed being part of this modern coliving concept, even if only for a short time, and I would definitely recommend it!

Recently completed Camino de Santiago. Stayed in Coliving Compostela for 6 days. Room small but sufficient; check-in was easy. Staff incredibly supportive and friendly, and most responsive to my texts; fluent in English. |Place was clean and stylish (yet very well-priced). Bit of a busy street (although room was quiet), but a convenient 10-min walk to the Cathedral and Camino end-point. |WiFi was brisk and allowed me to stream video. No air-con, but still fine, even in midst of the current heat-wave; apparantly floors have water-cooling. Useful kitchen access with supermarket around the corner to buy food.|Conclusion: Great value for money - a gem. I strongly recommend CoLiviving Compostela for a day or two after the Camino, and I will be booking in here again in future.

Awesome spot right near the university and bustling area. Clean, chic rooms, super friendly staff (shoutout to Paula!) would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Santiago de Compostela looking for a coworking space just below your room!

Reserved two night and wound up staying for 3 in a full size room to treat myself after the Camino. Yes anything than an Albergue is a step Up but this place really is amazing. Super clean rooms and the joint living room and kitchen are amazing. Very quiet also which I appreciated. Not sure if that just my room (7) or not but I slept really well.

We highly recommend this hotel. It’s so modern and comfortable! Everything is made in such a thoughtful way, you feel right at home. To be more specific, we booked a room with terrace, and the views were so peaceful. I bet it’s even better in the summer when you can see sunset and sunrise more often. We were also surprised at how well organised everything was in the kitchen: everybody had their own locker and a box in the fridge. The shower in the room was also surprisingly nice! All in all, it’s a perfect place, especially for longer stays (we stayed for a week, but could easily stay for a month!). You can walk anywhere and it’s also 12 minutes walk to the train station, from where you can go to A Coruña. Thank you so much to everyone working in Coliving, you make this a wonderful place 😊

So, Paula (the venue manager) is excellent, she was very responsive and lovely to deal with. The rooms are modern, clean and if you get a room with a balcony, it has a great view. However let’s be clear here, this is not a hotel or an airbnb (as such) it is a “shared” type of accommodation, the rooms are individual and have there own bathrooms but due to the shared kitchen, no formal reception or concierge, this venue is more like what I would call “student accommodation”. Also, we were there on a very hot week, and they have NO air-conditioning (We were told its “floor cooled”) which does not work and the room was 26 degrees Celsius at 1am. It would have thought that if the rooms on the west side get that hot, they would have at least had floor or ceiling fans.
