The actual apartments are really nice, clean and well equip. The main irredeemable issue with them is a consistent lack of maintenance around drains and smells. The p trap under our sink was barely tightened on, the sink constantly emitted very foul odours. Every part of the hotel smelled odd in some uniquely bad way, either from the ventilation, drains or both. Likewise the drain in the showers backs up to the extent that one would believe they are not regularly being cleaned. For the price of these apartments, sewage odours and poor ventilation ruin what is otherwise a beautiful and clean premises.

This is already my second stay here, and once again I am very satisfied with everything. Excellent location, very easy communication and a smooth check-in process. The apartment is clean, modern and well organized. There are shops nearby, and if you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you need, even oil and spices, which is a very thoughtful detail. I would definitely stay here again.

Good apartment for the stay itself. The catch: no reception at all, so if you realize while still in town that you forgot something, there's no one to sort it out on the spot. I'd deliberately left the item unpacked, planning to carry it in hand until the very last moment, and it stayed on the closet shelf when I forgot it — I'm certain it was still there when I left. Took over a day to get any real answer, versus 5 minutes at a normal front desk, and what I got after that day was a generic "we searched thoroughly, found nothing" — hard to believe. Once the door shuts here, don't expect a forgotten item back

Disgusting stay. I would give zero stars if I could. The unit was in the basement, had a shower floor which flooded all over the room, it was filthy, stifling hot because the aircon is fixed on heating mode, stank like a sewer. I asked to be moved to a different room ( one was available ) but management refused. This absolutely took the joy out of our trip to Santiago de Compostela.

The room we were assigned was located in the basement, next to the laundry room, where the washing machine was noisy throughout the evening and part of the night. It had small windows high up on the wall, through which light came in throughout the night. There was a strong smell of mould in the room. The bathroom was dirty, the pots and pans were dirty, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom sink was clogged.

Walking distance to the Cathedral and Old Town. They place is impeccably clean. They have free courtesy washers ans dryers with laundry detergent. The best Airbnb I have stayed at.

AC didn’t work, and they haven’t resolved situation. It was not fixed, there was no possibility to move to another room. It was extremely hot and we were with the child.
