We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very well maintained, and the ambience was exactly as advertised — elegant, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We did run into a small hiccup with the bath/toilet setup, but the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, making each morning something to look forward to. Overall, this is definitely a place we would love to visit again, especially for the stunning views of the Han River.

This is our 2nd stay. We love the breakfast spread.. and ice banana latte! Great location being connected to IFC and linked to The Hyundai as well as the metro! Their rooms are spacious, bed and pillow are so comfy

I stayed at Conrad Seoul for almost a week during our company sales meeting, and honestly, the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing atmosphere after long business days. One thing I genuinely loved was the attention to detail from housekeeping. No matter how many times I stepped out during the day, every time I came back, the room felt freshly prepared again. They even folded my clothes neatly, refreshed the space, and made the room feel welcoming every single time. There was also a water purifier in the room, which was such a thoughtful and convenient addition. One evening they even left chamomile tea with a beautiful handwritten-style note wishing me a restful sleep, which made the hospitality feel very personal and warm. During my stay, there was one bigger issue/inconvenience that happened, but what impressed me most was how professionally the team handled it. They acknowledged the issue immediately, fixed it quickly, and even sent a formal apology letter to ensure I felt comfortable during the rest of my stay. That level of accountability and care really stood out to me. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite, patient, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging cabs, assisting with requests, or guiding us around the area. The location is also excellent, the Han River is within walking distance, the metro station is nearby, and moving around Seoul from the hotel was very easy. Overall, this was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had while traveling for work. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Seoul.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Seoul. The service at the reception, bell service, room, and executive lounge were all exceptional. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The executive lounge offers great views and delicious dinner. However, the breakfast could be improved. Surprisingly, they don’t allow guests to use amenities like the sauna after checking out before my flight. I understand it’s a policy, but I’d respect it, as it might be common in some Korean hotels.

We had a one night stay here and it was great. The location is good, 5 min walk to train station. The service is great, especially the concierge service on Friday afternoon, very helpful and respectful. The front desk and lounge staff are good too. I can tell that the training process must be very good. One thing I don’t understand is that they do not handle guests’ delivery at all. I understand that there is food safety issue and I respect that, but they allow the delivery service to place the food on the ground floor. My food is on the floor next to the concierge desk for half an hour, literally on the floor. I think at least there should be a table, referring to HK hotels. I used the pool and the staff were very helpful. The lounge breakfast is fine but children under 14 are not allowed to use lounge between 4-10.

Just did a 1 night staycation and really you could stay the whole day just at the hotel. Lucy at the check-in line was very welcoming and helpful. Was nice to see her during our checkout and nice that she remembered us from the day before. The executive lounge was really exceptional, with various times/foods you could try, you really could just go there and stay the whole time looking out at the Han River. Drinks and food throughout the day were great! Got cakes/pastries from 10G which were very fancy and yummy. Lunch at Atrio, the server recommended a great combo for pizza / pasta that weren't too greasy/heavy. Would definitely come again

I had a most pleasant stay at the Conrad Seoul. The front desk manager was particularly welcoming and helpful. My Hilton Honors Gold status was recognised and I enjoyed all the privileges of it. And he gave me a map of Seoul and showed me all the places to visit; this was my first visit to the city. Later, the concierge came to my room with more detailed information about the city and places to visit. I had a beautiful room facing the river Han. It was nice and spacious and very comfortable. There was turn down service every evening and a nice calming tea was left for me to prepare each evening. The lighting was set rather dark though after the turn down service and one evening, after returning from a long day out and feeling tired, I accidentally knocked a glass on the side table over as I did not see it and broke it. I called the cleaner to clean it up and the glass was replaced. But I was rather disappointed that I was billed for the broken glass at checkout. I thought being an accident, I should not have been billed for it. I later discovered that the lights in the room could be adjusted brighter and I made sure that I made it brighter after the turndown service. I had breakfast at the 10G cafe by the lobby daily which was complimentary for me as a Hilton Honors Gold member. The breakfast there was just nice for me and very adequate. I enjoyed dinner at the Sut, the Butcher's Edge Restaurant on two nights. It has a nice view of the river Han and a pleasant atmosphere. I tried the 7-course set menu on both nights which was very good. Only complaint was that on the second night, I had to reuse the utensils after each course of meal; the waiter took my fork and knife from my finished plate and placed them on the place mat, which I thought was not nice. I was having a set dinner, not a buffet. It did not give me the impression of eating in a fine dining restaurant. The waiter on the first night was much more professional and took away my eating utensils with my finished plate after each course and gave me a clean set of utensils. Other than that, I enjoyed the dinner there on both nights. The location of the hotel is good, with the IFC mall just underneath it and the Hyundai Mall connected to it by underground. The metro is also connected to it. It is a bit of a distance though to the shopping and tourist districts of Seoul by metro or taxi. I used both modes of transportation. Travelling to the Myendong and Insa Dong areas took about 30 mins by metro and required several changes, and travelling to the Bukhon Hanok Village by taxi took about 30minutes on a Saturday morning. I also travelled to the GOEX mall at Bongeunsa by metro which took about 30 minutes and did not involve any line changes. I took the taxi back which took about the same amount of time. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Conrad Seoul and will certainly stay there again.
