Amazing location, great service. The line for breakfast at the hotel is always kind of long, but you’re connected to the underground shopping mall underneath with a food court. Rooms are huge and gorgeous. I think we were supposed to get king sized beds, but they looked like queen size. Other than that, it was a pretty great experience

The best part of this hotel is its amazing staff! Sophia (Lee) at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive! My whole family (we booked two rooms), from my aging parents to a 4-yr old daughter, felt welcomed! The housekeeping lady (H O Lim) was extremely kind to us checking on us multiple times and went above and beyond. Sad that this hotel will be gone soon but please keep these staff, they are super competent and awesome!!! Thank you!

Location is why we always stayed on this hotel. The service is always good especially at the Club room. But the room really needs a lot of updating…stayed at the junior suite and one side of room is totally bared with just couch and table. A simple flowers/plant and some painting in the wall would have made huge difference.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGGGG. The staff is very friendly and I personally enjoy the fact that it’s extremely kid friendly. Stayed for a week and I always had something to do since the mall is just an elevator ride away. Room service was really delicious. The views are beautiful also. I will be coming back to intercontinental when I’m in the area! 10/10

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. Many staff also went out of their way to be helpful in any way possible. Hotel's a little old, though you won't be able to tell until you really inspect the bathroom. It's not that it's dirty (very clean), it just shows signs of age. Definitely would love to stay again.

Everything works. No dramas - the staff are hard working, polite, helpful and humble. They even paid for my taxi to the bus station at 5am. Rooms are quiet, spacious and functional. Great gym and lounge staff are thoroughly professional. Looking forward to returning.

Outstanding concierge services. The whole team is dedicated to serving customer by heart. I am so impressed. The hotel’s location is also outstanding because it’s at the center of Gangnam right next to COEX. The room is a little old, especially the toilet. But they will have a huge renovation for one year. It should be new and modern in 2025. Special thanks to Tammy who helped me on late check-out and the airport transportation. Also to Ellie who helped me with the haircut reservation and the directions on a map. Unforgettable smiles from the hotel workers and they make customers feel like home.

The hotel was very well located. In Basement 2 there are lot of restaurants and nice shops. The rooms where ok, but a little bit dirty in some places. Housekeepers should be more careful and more silent in the mornings. Apart from that, we left behind a pouch in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel to check if the housekeeper had returned it and never appeared. A little bit strange. Not at all very happy for that reason.
