Absolutely amazing stay in Seoul!|Huge shoutout to staff member Jimin—she was incredibly nice and went out of her way to fix all my booking issues smoothly for me, super reliable and patient.|The room view is breathtaking: I can overlook the gorgeous Han River right from my window, and the National Assembly Building is just across the river, such a stunning landscape day and night.|The location couldn’t be better for dining and wandering around. The ginseng chicken soup restaurant nearby is absolutely phenomenal, hands down the best I’ve tried in Korea! 100% recommend this hotel to every traveler.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kensington Hotel in Seoul and would definitely recommend it. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service – Gyumi at the reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and was always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring Seoul simple and stress-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was organized and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining good service, cleanliness, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.

I had an excellent stay at Kensington Hotel Yeouido when I came there for a short Business trip, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul, especially for business travel. The hotel has a luxurious and comfortable feel, with a calm, professional atmosphere throughout. The rooms are well presented, the internet is fast and reliable, and the overall quality of the hotel made my stay very smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was the quality of the staff. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, and attentive. I would especially like to thank Kim Bohyun at reception, who was welcoming, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. Her service made a very positive impression. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with strong service standards, a great location, and a very comfortable guest experience. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff..

This hotel is far from what it wants to be… It is presented as a 4-star hotel on the internet and 5 stars are hanging on the reception wall but this is barely a 3-star hotel. Check-in was smooth with a long waiting time and at the end the receptionist basically forced me to write her a good review because of the bad ratings of the hotel. The room was a disaster, small, old, A/C was very weak and the lobby area smelled horribly. Breakfast was alright but definetly not on a level of a 4-star hotel. The price for the stay was not low for what you are getting. The location of the hotel is actually alright, close to the metro but it takes about half an hour to get into the city centre. I would avoid this hotel and look for other options.

It was upsetting that this hotel wasn’t meet my expectations although their front desk service was responsible to our request in terms of baggage and WiFi connection issues. However, the amenities are not fulfilled a hotel that classified as 4 star because their equipment was old-fashioned which gave me a vibe of late 80’s vintage style in contrast with their classy lobby outfit. I genuinely think this hotel need an upgrade for the facilities.

The hotel is located in a posh area but far from downtown. For tourists it is better to stay at Myeongdong/ Insadong. The rooms are small. Air conditioning is poor. On top of that they switch off the AIrcon at night citing cooler temperatures outside. This is just crazy. I got up at 0300 hrs all sweaty due to poor aircon. On calling the front desk was informed that the Aircon was Off. I told them to switch it back ON which thankfully they did. Next day I gave specific instructions to the front desk staff in the evening not to switch off the aircon at night. The breakfast buffet is good. However, for early departures the hotel does not provide any packed breakfast. It hurts to have paid money and see it go unutilised. World over, some basic packed breakfast like fruits, juice , boiled eggs & sandwiches. The hotel must definitely incorporate this.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived, every employee was polite and attentive. The room was modern, quiet and had all the necessary amenities. The daily housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room tidy all the time. It’s truly a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Positives:* Food: We had the buffet breakfast and it was excellent. Lots of varieties specially for vegetarians. A good mix of cuisines. 10/10* Location: The location was great. Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival, IFC mall, subway station, cafes, convenience stores were on walking distance. Not far from areas like Myeongdong, Gangnam. And best of all, the Incheon airport limousine bus 6007 has a stop right at the hotel. 9/10* Staff: The staff was really friendly and helpful. 10/10* Power points: The rooms have universal power points and usb (both A and C) ports which is really considerate for foreign travellers. 10/10Negatives:* Room aesthetics: I personally found the room very old school and dull. Just 1 dim yellow light with 2 bedside lamps, room heater fitted in wall. Might suit to some people's taste but not mine. 7/10* Bathroom: The bathrooms were ancient. No bidets! No handwash but a soap bar. No lock (may be for safety reasons but very awkward and inconvenient specially with kids) 6/10
