Quick check-in and check-out process. Overall, the hotel is clean, quite new, and well maintained. There is a water dispenser on every floor providing both hot and cold water, so there’s no need to use the kettle, which is very convenient.The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers with very large capacity, all available at a reasonable price.

This hotel is conveniently located near DDP, surrounded by many other hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and metro stations. The hotel itself is nice, with a beautiful lobby on the 3rd floor and a restaurant on the 2nd floor. It also offers many convenient services, such as free self-service luggage storage and laundry facilities. Overall, it’s a great choice for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the front desk is pretty accommodating. Main gripe are the rooms. The shower and bathroom doesn't have any meaningful ventilation. But the killer for me are the beds. After 4 hours of sleep, my back started killing me. I had to lay on the floor. The beds were too saggy for my liking. And this is not me being pedantic. This is our last leg of our 3 week itinerary and all the other hotels had super comfortable beds.

My friend and I stayed here in two separate rooms, and we were both very pleased with our experience.|The Rooms|The rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. Most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh.|Location|The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area, yet it's very close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. There are also several excellent restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge plus.|The Breakfast|The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was very basic. While it’s enough to get your day started, don’t expect a huge variety.|Summary|Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located base for your trip, this is a great choice!

Checked in today at the hotel, came from ICN airport so the hotel was easy to get to on the 6001 bus. We were served by Louis Kim who was very helpful and could communicate easily in English. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is clean too. We would highly recommend.

The location was great as the hotel are surround with restaurants and shopping places. They offer coffee at the reception and water refill at every floor so that is very easy for the customers. Great location, very comfortable and clean. Has a pillow menu of 9 different pillows to choose from. Front staff were efficient, in particular Amy who was attentive and provided a lot of detail.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get busses all over Seoul and the train, the airport limousine also stopped right outside. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday and the hotel had great amenities such as laundry, luggage lockers, microwave ect Would recommend aa very well priced and good location as well as staff very friendly and spoke English well too!
