Response from the property
Dear Mr. Abdullah, Thank you for the kind words towards our staff, we really do try our best to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. We are sorry to read though, that you described in several sentences how the hotel was not up to your standards (even though none of these complaints ever made it to the reception desk), but was so short in your words as to how the hotel was helpful: We clearly remember that we waived the modification/cancellation fee when you changed the check in date 24h before (when the email clearly stated that it’s a 72h modification or cancellation policy). We also assigned you, as per your persistent request, a double use single room with a balcony, with no extra charges. Your room fee only included a single room and breakfast. Last but not least, one of our main concerns is the cleanliness. We ASSURE you that rooms are provided with fresh linens and towels, but again, we would have been happy to help you, had you expressed your concerns at the reception desk. We thank you for taking the time to read our reply and we wish you all the best. The staff, Hotel Anna

We hope to welcome you back again in the future! Warm regards, The Staff
