Perhaps because the current global situation feels increasingly unsettled, as a Korean traveling across Europe, I sometimes sense a subtle chill. I try to remind myself that I did not come here for people, but to appreciate the historic architecture and beautiful natural landscapes. Even so, those faint moments of distance and occasional experiences of discrimination have at times weighed on my heart. In the midst of that, the warmth I received here truly meant a great deal to me. Thanks to their kindness in celebrating our honeymoon, we were able to stay in a wonderful room. They also introduced us to the Contrada Museum when we showed interest in the contrade, which made our stay even more meaningful. Visiting the Aquila and Civetta museums allowed us to experience unique histories, creating unforgettable memories. From that point on, we were fortunate to meet especially kind people throughout Siena. Thank you for that. In Florence, although the interiors were clean, the old plumbing caused unpleasant sewage odors, which made our stay uncomfortable at times. Here, however, thanks to the full renovation, we were able to enjoy not only the beauty of the exterior but also a clean and comfortable interior in Siena. The terrace was also a wonderful space to enjoy a simple breakfast. It truly was an exceptional place to stay. Once again, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Sara, Marco, and the owner for the warmth they shared with us. We wish you all happiness! There is a reason why this hotel has only 5-star reviews! Choosing to stay at Torre del Fuggisole was one my best decisions when planning our visit to Siena. From the excellent communication before we even booked our stay to the absolutely phenomenal personal attention we experienced while there- this is a special gem of a hotel. We were treated as family and had such a wonderful time in Siena and I can honestly say that our memories will always be with us because of the warmth and kindness of the entire staff there. We hope to be back again soon! Go Aquila. Caio!

This is a beautiful small hotel with plenty of special extras. They offered valet parking which was so helpful and saved us the anxiety of driving within the city walls. The modern rooms were perfectly appointed and really comfortable. The “wake up” treat is a lovely way to start the day. Easy walking distance to the centre. Sara and Felicia were amazing hosts making our stay very special. There is no lift so traveling light is an advantage.

It's not everyday one stays in a medieval watch tower which has been very sympathetically renovated into a lovely boutique hotel, with a wonderful top level indoor terrace and gorgeous views.|Perfectly located for all the sights in Siena.|The staff were very friendly and helpful. We mostly interacted with Sara who was a fabulous host, giving us lots of suggestions for things to see and do. |We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary and had the wonderful surprise of coming back to prosecco, glasses and snacks - made all the more special by being able to enjoy it at the top indoor terrace. |There is the added bonus of some basic self service breakfast items being available in the basement, which was more than enough for us at the start of each day.|Can highly recommend.

If we could give it 6 stars for service we would! At every corner they delight their customers with free options, thoughtful touches and ways to go above and beyond. Rooms were fresh, modern, well priced in a super location - just a few mins from central Siena. Comfortable beds, good shower and aircon. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I hesitate to write a 5 star review about this hotel as I consider it a hidden gem. My experience was wonderful. I had a room with a great view. The greeting and desk agents (accoglienza) were absolutely lovely, smiling and wonderful. Please note that there is no elevator, so if you get the top floor room (we did). You will have to exercise all the way to the top. I would stay here again . The personnel works hard to make you feel welcomed. Thank you

I took a chance on this location and I'm so glad I did. Where to start... The location in the east side of town leaves you a short walk from the centre, off the main road leading to the Piazza, and in the less busy part of town. Staff are superb, being welcoming, attentive, and still remaining considerate. They made a special weekend visit extra special, and helpful navigating town and giving recommendations. We had booked the topmost room and I highly encourage everyone to do the same if they can, the view is stunning and something you won't get easily in Siena. I docked a small point just because you should be aware that the hotel takes up an old building and therefore you will have to be ok taking narrow winding stairs up and down. This isn't bad for the most part though and staff will gladly help you with your luggage.

A wonderful, cozy and clean hotel in the heart of Siena. The room was nice and well equipped. There are some surprices: welcome snack, breakfast area and amazing room terrace. Charming, helpful, customer service oriented staff! We had minor technical problem with the lock (nothing important) and they were treating us as kings to make up this "inconvienece". It was so impressing :)
