This was my 5th stay at Crowne Plaza, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I booked one night with two rooms and was very happy that the hotel was able to arrange connecting rooms for us. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone was always smiling and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Raiza and Mr. Gideon for giving us such a warm welcome and for being so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel arranged a red velvet birthday cake for my mum. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her birthday celebration extra special. As this was my 5th stay, I truly appreciate the consistent hospitality and excellent service. Every visit has been memorable, and this stay was no exception. Thank you, Crowne Plaza, for another wonderful stay. I look forward to returning again soon!

Had a long transfer 21+ hrs & this was perfect. Staff at reception were lovely. Unfortunately it was raining so did not use the pool. Restaurant was great. Good menu plenty of choice. Great breakfast choices too, very multicultural & staff were great & cheerful. Our room faced the runway but could not hear the planes. Very restful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, and I can confidently say it deserves a five-star rating! The hotel's location in Terminal 3 is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the sky train and MRT that made our stay super convenient and accessible to our destinations The service at this hotel exceeds expectations. A special shoutout to Mr. Raymond and Mr. Jacob from the club lounge, who provided exceptional hospitality and made my stay truly enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor really enhanced the experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Changi Airport

I debated staying at this hotel since I am a lifetime Titanium member of Marriott; however, it is very convenient because my flight is early in the morning. I booked my room two weeks in advance and did not expect much. This hotel is much better than expected. It is well kept, and the room design is great. The takeoff noise is limited to the doorway, and the bedroom area is very pleasantly quiet. The bathroom window view is a nice touch, and the curtains can be drawn for privacy. My rate included breakfast, which offers a wide selection.

The location was perfect for a late-night flight. The hotel allowed me to check out just in time to head straight to check-in, making the whole process of packing and getting to the different terminals at Changi Airport seamless and stress-free. The runway view was a highlight. Watching planes take off and land was both relaxing and fascinating. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again for future trips to Singapore, especially when I have late flights.

Super convenient location if youre stopping over in Singapore and need some r & r midway through a trip to Europe. The staff are lovely, and the pool is super chill. Rooms have brilliant air conditioning. Our bathroom door kept jamming which was a little concerning. Self Check in and check out was easy and appreciated.

If you want a stylish, comfortable hotel at the airport, this is perfect. If you want to spoil yourself with a classy hotel experience, then lower your expectations. The bar is pedestrian and the restaurant is ordinary. The rooms are lovely and spacious. They have a great, floor-to-ceiling window, but you have to sit in the bath to enjoy the view. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes. There is a really nice pool. The staff are all professional and many of them are also really lovely.

I was there for day use as my mother and kids like the view of the aeroplane runway. We had a good view. The bed was comfortable and toilet was clean. The toiletries were provided with a complete range of items. The room was spacious and big space for putting our luggage. There were a decent study table and a comfortable sofa. All is good.
