I have stayed at Hotel Royal many times now, and it truly is a fabulous hotel. Every stay has been a pleasure — the rooms are always clean, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully comfortable. The service from the Front Desk team has consistently been warm, welcoming, and efficient.| |Most of all, I wish to extend my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Mr Noordin for his outstanding service throughout all my stays. He is incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional — always going above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Royal @ Novena! The location is great — about 8 minutes’ walk to Novena MRT (just under Velocity Mall), and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around super convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks to Ling, we even received a complimentary upgrade to the family room — such a nice surprise! It came with a king-size bed and a single bed, perfect for the four of us to stay comfortably. Even without the upgrade, the room size and facilities are already great for the price — very good value for money. The bathtub was a nice touch after a long day of walking around Singapore. Breakfast was basic but decent — they had a mix of Western (hash browns, omelette), Asian options (rice, noodles, porridge), bread and jam, and a small salad bar. There’s also a self-service laundry area (washing and drying $6 each), and the concierge was kind enough to help us exchange notes for coins. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet still close to Orchard (just two bus stops away). The building is a bit old, but everything is well maintained. Overall, a great stay for families — comfortable, convenient, and good value!

we just passed by and came into take a look because the ambience feels like 1980s, with a touch of nostalgia. it nit only looks like but also smells like. we were literally tramsported back in time. we went to take a look at the Thompson Cafe and the Happy Joy Chinese restaurant. very interesting. maybe we will come back to have meal here next time.

It's a classic hotel in Singapore, reliable but needs modernization in its facilities. We appreciate the daily room make up despite no request from us during my 6 days stay with my family. Having a bus stop right at the front of the hotel is a big plus for those who will stay but don't have a private means of transportation.

The staff are so good and accomodating, they are also very friendly. Cleanliness is good for they always clean our room everyday. My problem is they don't have bidet in the toilet, hehe.. Thou i'm contented with their service, Thank You Hotel Royal.
